  We stopped into the showroom March 2022. They came to measure our kitchen April 2022. After no follow up, I called to check status (beginning of June). Received feedback that they were working on the design. Also understanding there were business related challenges, there was 0 follow up or any type of communication. This may be one negative review, but the follow up is horrendous to the point that since I called early June it is now July 24 and have not received any communication. Obviously we have moved on to a different company but please be cautious when entering into discussions. And ask the appropriate questions.

  My husband and I worked with Jason Kuhn to renovate our kitchen and add an entertainment center in the living room, along with changing the floor. Our experience of working with Jason and his team was great. Jason had good ideas and inputs for changing the layouts and always provided us honest feedback about our design ideas. He took the time to figure out the best possible options for us and was very patient. James and Tony make an amazing team and they worked very hard and were very professional while installing new cabinets and floors. Jim did a great job with the backsplash and was very patient in cutting the glass tiles to install the pattern we wanted for the backsplash. Mike was very professional too and did a nice job with the lighting and other electrical fixtures. Jason kept us in the loop about the work plan and the guys made sure that we had a clean and comfortable working space at the end of each day. We had some issues along the way related to the construction of the house, but these guys were very creative and figured out the solution to give us the look and the functionality we wanted. The cabinets are of good quality and have added a lot of functionality to the kitchen, especially the spice rack! We enjoyed the whole experience, and are really happy with the renovations. We highly recommend Jason and his team for their reliability, professionalism and very reasonable price.

  We purchased our kitchen cabinets from Polaris cabinets. They offer quality cabinets at a lower price than Lowe’s or Home Depot. Jason is awesome to work and will help you achieve the dream kitchen you are looking for! We couldn’t be more pleased with Jason and highly recommend him!!

  After catastrophic water damage in our home, we found ourselves in need of new kitchen cabinets. Since I had zero experience in the world of cabinetry, I was overwhelmed to say the least and had no clue where to start. Our contractor recommended that we visit Polaris Cabinets and Design and MAN am I glad I did. Jason Kuhn was very patient as he helped me to make design decisions (not my strong point). Being a visual person, I especially liked the computer program that he used to show me an actual diagram of the layout. He made several design suggestions that not only gave me more room in the kitchen but also updated the look! Once our order was placed, Jason made sure that we were updated on the status of our order and was always available for questions. Our cabinets came in, on time, as promised. The installation was PERFECT and the work that was done even impressed the granite company! They were shocked that they didn’t even have to level one area of the new cabinets! After the installation, Jason made sure that we were 100% satisfied with our cabinets and the service that his company provided. I can’t say enough about the quality of their products, the professionalism of the installation team and the integrity of this company. They did everything that they promised to do, and then some. It just couldn’t get any better. I’ll be using this company for all of my future cabinet needs and they will be the only cabinet company that I recommend to my friends!
