  Dylan and JP did excellent work. We’re able to install a new AC and heating unit within hours. Explained all new equipment. Could not ask for anything more. Would highly recommend Cullins!!!

  Charlene was amazing. She did the maintenance in the HVAC and was upfront with the any services I needed. I would be satisfied as a customer to have her come back and look at our system in the future.

  What started out as a very questionable experience was significantly improved on by Marguis and the trainee that he had with him for the day. At the end of the day our unit was operational. Marquis was able to see the circumstances through the eyes of the customer and was quick to be accountable for the company that he represents. He not only stepped up to the challenge finding the cause for the repair but also impressed me with his teaching/training ability with his trainee during this time.

  He was amazing, the guy before him at the other company tried to overcharge us. He purposely gave us misinformation so that we would buy a new unit, when all he had to do was clean the unit. And clear the blockage. Thank God for Dameion, without him we would’ve been out thousands of dollars!!!

  Thermostat stopped receiving power so I went through the variety of troubleshooting methods to figure it out. After getting stumped on the issue, I called Cullins who sent out Ethan C; who was an absolute godsend! Professional, transparent, and communicative are understatements. Ethan was able to quickly diagnose the problem (loose burnt wiring from a previous repair/install), explain the issue and fix it within 15 minutes of being here. 10/10 would recommend this company and 10/10 would recommend getting Ethan assigned to help you with your problem.
