  Very prompt and professional. We really made a connection with Tom and appreciate his honesty. Tom quoted a price and stood by it. The workers came early and cleaned up very well. We would definitely use again.

  Tom was very professional, polite and respectful. He determined the cause of the leaks in our kitchen and sunroom. After inspecting the areas he explained how they would repair each area. He was even able to fit us in the next day before the storms. When he came with the person who would be doing the repair, he showed him each area and discussed the plan of repair. As he was discussing the repair they found the chimney flashing also needed some help. All repairs were completed in a timely manner. Tom showed me the pictures of the repairs and reassured me that it was under warranty. If there was any further leaks they would be fixed. I was very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them. Thanks to Tom and his team. It is now 3 years later and there is another leake. After eliminating obvious possible causes Tom checked where the gutters were attached to the roof. That is where the issue was. When the gutter people removed the old gutters to install the new gutters they ripped off the protective strip so rain doesn't blow up under the shingles. He made the repairs and will stand by the work. If there is an issue ge will fix it. Thanks Tom.

  I left a message with Jan and she got back to me within the hour and scheduled Tom to visit for a quote that day, since he stopped by before his other appointment, since I am in town. Tom and his crew did a great job on my roof tune up, repointing of chimneys, and gutter sealing. They fixed an area of water damage on my 150 year old wooden gutter of my covered porch, so it's ready for the painter on Monday! It is so nice to have a trustworthy contractor in town!!
