- SHSavannah HensleyJun 11, 20261.0Personally I would not recommend this company for larger scale projects. Most reviews seem to be for smaller plumber work. We called Pipeworks because they were recommended by a neighbor to be the best in town. We got them out for a quote to a property they had worked on before. At first, as we walked we came up with a plan and the owner offered to show us ways to save money which was great. After they left we needed to chase them for the quote when we expressed our job was on the urgent side. The office admitted to them being understaffed which was a small concern raised to me. I was then issued an absurd quote of 41k (yes, thousand) to run 300 ish feet of pipe and install a pump house ($600-$1500 unit). I’ve had multiple contractors afterwards quote us about 1/4 of the price to complete the totality of work. When the quote was rejected they quickly offered for us to do a lot of the foot work to make it only 20k. Personally this company seems to want to overbid work they don’t want to do and they seem to have expressed they can’t keep staffing. I would not recommend for larger projects
- KHK HanJun 9, 20265.0Writing this review for my parents. A few weeks ago, Pipeworks came and checked their sump pump. The guy (Eric) was great and made sure all was in working order. Today, DJ and Josh came and checked their toilet for leaks and installed a new wax ring. Another company had previously came and checked everything except underneath the toilet which was the issue. DJ and Josh DID check and even checked in the basement for potential issues. They were great. My parents will never use the other company again. Pipeworks is the only company they will call from now on!
