They had to go to the store and purchase a Part because the one that was on the truck did not fit my hot water tank. Julian kept me informed about the Work; and his Assistant explained the Forms that I needed to sign. They were an Excellent Team.

Today he arrived at the scheduled time, started right in and worked diligently to do the work he wanted to accomplish today. He will be back tomorrow to complete the work. He was neat in his work, cleaned up the debris and removed the trash. He is personable, patient and takes his work seriously. Any homeowner would be thankful to have him work for them. Took time to answer my questions and explained not just what had to be done, but why. Thank you for sending him my way!

The technician, EZ, explained the repair needed for the leaking pipe, as well as options for a new sump pump system. EZ was friendly and professional. He was prompt in completing the repair and installing the new sump pump, and explained everything to us. We will definitely call Apex Pros again (and request EZ.)

Not only very fast to respond and found the issue, explained everything very clearly so we could take action to contact our fencing contractor who accidently crushed the sewer line while installing. I would highly recommend them. We also signed up for the Care service to prevent future problems. We look forward to working with you in the future
