We have had techs out from this company every year for the 4 years we have owned the property and Derek is the first to provide us with information we needed to know. I will be calling the company to address what Derek suggested . Derek was also respectful and conscientious of the property and the fact that we have a shared driveway with the neighbors. To add the experience Derek was very kind to a very friendly but nosy golden retriever that wanted make another friend.
