Very informative sales rep (Chad) took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions when replacing furnaces and installing new central air in my old double. Work crew (Lou) was very polite and personable, and took the time to answer my questions as well and address my concerns. I’m glad that I went with this company. I had been using them for maintenance previously. Their quotes were competitive and I value their expertise on the older homes in the Lakewood area.

I had an exceptional experience with Lakewood Furnace Co. From my first call to them, when I spoke with Renee, I was impressed. Renee was extremely helpful and did a significant amount of research for me to be certain their company had the ability to do the specific work that I needed. She also did an excellent job with scheduling my appointments when they worked best for me. Her customer service is exceptional! I had Chris T. out to look at the issue and he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. He also found that something another contractor said needed replacing was working as it should be. Such integrity all around! Chris T. stayed in touch with updates regarding the new part's arrival and times to schedule. And again, Renee went above and beyond to work around my tight schedule for the work to be completed. Chris T. is extremely knowledgeable regarding the work that he does and the complicated job was completed just as expected. He was also very personable and made sure all of my questions were answered when everything was completed. Chris T. is an excellent part of the Lakewood Furnace Co team! Extremely pleased with the entire experience with Lakewood Furnace Co. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor in many years. Enough so that I called the owner to let him know how impressed I was with his entire team!
