  James is outstanding. I have called him for an estimate and he is so honest that he told me I didn't need his services. And he gave me some guidance for what I needed to do to fix my problem. I Wiil be calling him again.

  I can tell you that James is a man of integrity and character. I contacted him because another contractor had done a terrible job with my outside waterproofing. The first thing he said to me was ,"Can you get the contractor to return and fix the problem, that would be much cheaper. Now, what contractor would say that and mean it. The contractor before James was much cheaper and as you can hear I clearly had problems with the work. James did not use any pressure tactics; he looked around the outside of my house and told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He had a company that could assist me with a payment plan. James had to replace all the pipes that the old contractor had used and added pipes that the useless contractor had decided that I didn't need (footers). When James and his crew were replacing pipes, it was discovered that the sewer line was clogged. He contacted me to let me know what was going on immediately. When I arrived home James had contacted a company that came and jetted the line. I didn't have to figure out who to call or if this was going to hold up progress. The process was stress free and worth the money. After he completed the waterproofing, he returned a month later to till and seed the grass. My grass is now growing and I am really happy with the work. I went the cheap route the first time and I got what I paid for. This guy is for the customers. Hey guys, I had contacted James because the pipes were to far above the ground according to an inspector. He explained that the pipes would be easier to locate if there were a problem. I agreed with him. However, he still came and cut multiple pipes down because of my request. Je still explained everything to which I truly appreciated. I was out of town when I noticed the pipe was cut in my backyard and called him at 9pm on a Sunday. Absolutely not thinking about the day or time. I am really sorry about being I considerate to you and your family. It doesn't take away from you being an awesome contractor and person

  James at Ohio Custom Waterproofing & Drainage was great. He was friendly, professional, and honest. A buddy recommended him and had nothing but great things to say. His quote was affordable, he walked us through various solutions and was honest about why some wouldn't work for us, but found a solution that would. Work looks great, and we're excited to finish the basement now.

  We recently partnered these guys on one of our projects, and as a general contractor I pay close attention to how my clients are treated. They handled our customer with a high level of care, communication, and professionalism from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would, kept the job site clean, and made sure the customer understood the process every step of the way. The quality of work met our standards, and more importantly, our customer was very pleased with the outcome. Reliable subcontractors are hard to find, and this is a team I would confidently work with again.
