  100 degrees out, my AC started blowing hot air, called these guys up and Ricky came out same-day. Was professional and personable, fixed my problem quickly, gave me some recommendations, and went on his way. Saved me from the heat. Will call these guys again.

  Call center answered on a holiday. Technician returned call in 15 minutes on a holiday. Set appt to come the following morning which we were fine with. We received message the tech was on his way. He looked at all systems and diagnosed what he thought was the problem. System was up and running. We appreciate Ricky’s information and recommendations. Very pleased with this companies service. It was our first time using this HVAC company. We purchased the home where they had installed the Lenox system for the previous owner.

  Came out to repair the AC unit. Their technician was extremely professional, had the parts on hand to complete the repair, and offered recommendations, but did not try to oversell me. Extremely happy that they were able to come out and get our AC back on quickly during this hear wave that’s going through the area.

  My rep was so kind and thorough. It was late, he could have easily glossed over the primary issue, but he stayed to complete the job.   McAfee was well represented by Scott W., Senior HVAC Technician and Danny Pennington, Field Training Manager. My husband and I were thoroughly pleased with the service they provided and the options for repair or replacement they explained to us. We appreciated their honest assessment of our HVAC situation and did not feel pressured at all to make a decision for an issue we did not fully understand. We have already scheduled a follow up appointment in September. The knowledge, integrity, and skill these men demonstrated made us feel like we were in good hands.
