  Service overall was decent, the crew was in and out fairly quick. A few things were left such as a vent blocker, one of my returns was still taped off and the dryer vent cleaning was less than sufficient. Started dryer up it started making noises (unrelated to service provided) so in investigated the inside and outside of dryer vent duct work and the outside vent had a significant amount of dust on the ground outside and a fair amount of dust still in the line and clogging up the exit vent where I had to pull out of the way for it to vent properly.

  I called at 11 o’clock in the evening for emergency service and actually got a human to answer the phone and talk to me. They connected me with a service man named Dylan. He told me when he would be out and did a great job fixing the problem.

  Matt and Kadin worked tirelessly to remove and old and outdated furnace and ac unit and install a new furnace and ac system. They did a wonderful job kept everything clean during the process, explained everything about the new system cleaned up the mess and loaded up the old parts. Overall great job, very pleased, they worked very hard with no breaks or lunch, give them a raise.

  AC unit was not pushing cold air. Dylan came out and assessed the situation quickly. He communicated before arriving; during entire visit and even accommodating questions to help us understand our unit better. Overall great customer service experience and display of industry knowledge that lead to a quick resolution.

  Several years ago, I called them to have my elderly parents ductwork cleaned in Phillipsburg. They had done my sister's in Vandalia twice before, so we thought we'd call them. They said Phillipsburg wasn't in their service area. When you looked at the map on their website, it showed a line going from Brookville, just east of Phillipsburg and up to West Milton and Troy. Nevermind the fact that Phillipsburg and a portion of Verona are both in Montgomery County....the same county McAfee is located in. I ended up calling Logan Services who came out and did a really thorough job. We also ended up having J&M Heating and Cooling come out about a year later in 2018 and install a Comfort Maker 96% efficient HVAC system.
