  I’m very disappointed with my experience. The A/C system was installed less than a year ago, and since day one I’ve had repeated issues, including the unit freezing up multiple times. Each time service was needed, the problem was never fully resolved, and now I’m being told the issue is related to airflow restrictions from my existing furnace — something that was never identified during installation or on prior service visits. What’s most frustrating is that if the furnace airflow was such a major factor, it should have been properly inspected and addressed from the beginning before the new system was installed. Instead, I’ve dealt with ongoing breakdowns, repeated service calls, and inconsistent explanations. I expected reliability and professional workmanship with a brand-new system, but the process has been stressful and disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

  I had a sump pump replaced by Wilkes Heating and Plumbing. Gage, the technician, was friendly, competent, and efficient - everything you'd want in a service professional. During our conversation, I asked about a backup sump pump, and Gage provided me with options and verbal quotes for parts. After doing some research, I called back to schedule the installation. That’s when things took a turn. I spoke with Jared, who tried to steer me away from my chosen option, saying he needed to check with a county plumbing inspector. Fair enough. However, when I followed up, I learned that he hadn’t actually consulted the county inspector. Instead, he sought out an inspector he knew would give him the answer he wanted. On top of that, he suddenly claimed a new policy required an additional $250 part - something never mentioned in my discussions with Gage or during my first call with Jared. This kind of manipulative and unprofessional bait-and-switch behavior is unacceptable. I will not be doing business with them again.

  If you need your sump pump replaced before your basement floods I’m telling you stop looking and call these people. They were here so fast and the guy knew exactly what he was doing and the price is phenomenal. I just love it. I’m telling you don’t pass up this chance Called this morning. Sump pump put in basement fixed.

  Requested a separate water meter be placed on a sprinkler system at a condo association. The gentleman came out as per the scheduled appointment. He meet with the groundskeeper, he went over all the needed to be done. The gentleman told the groundskeeper he would be back in touch with me with the estimate. After a week I heard nothing from the company so I called and was told by the receptionist that I should hear something soon. It has been 2 weeks today since his initial visit, still no estimate, no reply whatsoever. We are in need of more plumbing work after this job was done but with this kind of service, we will be finding another company to do the work. Super disappointed - after all the reviews I read I was very hopeful that working with this company would be good, guess not so much.
