The A/C system was installed less than a year ago, and since day one I’ve had repeated issues, including the unit freezing up multiple times. Each time service was needed, the problem was never fully resolved, and now I’m being told the issue is related to airflow restrictions from my existing furnace — something that was never identified during installation or on prior service visits. What’s most frustrating is that if the furnace airflow was such a major factor, it should have been properly inspected and addressed from the beginning before the new system was installed. Instead, I’ve dealt with ongoing breakdowns, repeated service calls, and inconsistent explanations. I expected reliability and professional workmanship with a brand-new system, but the process has been stressful and disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

The technician temporarily fixed the problem and then returned the following week to finish the repair. Michael, the technician was very knowledgeable and very personable. Both Angie and Kathy, the inside service person(s) who scheduled the call were also very courteous and helpful. Wilkes is the company I will call from now on should I need any further repairs!
