Castle Roofing installed a metal roofing for our church. The flashing was defective in several locations, and water damage began to appear within a year of the installation. We reached out to them. We brought them onsite and showed them the defective locations. They agreed the work was defective, but they denied responsibility for every part of it.
This company was not willing to stand by their work at all.
Chris was awesome to work with, very informative and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend both Chris and Castle Roofing.

They did a good job of scheduling the "non-emergency" repair even though it was winter. The repair date had to be re-scheduled several times due to significant snowfalls (higher than usual) throughout the season, but we were always in communication to set up a new date until the weather finally cooperated with the date we had set up.

⚠️ UPDATE: PASSED TO THE MANUFACTURER, LEFT WITH 3 COLLAPSED CEILINGS ⚠️
Castle Roofing’s solution to my roof failing wasn’t to fix it.
It was to send me to the manufacturer.
Now we’re dealing with the manufacturer refusing reimbursement and making us jump through hoops while we’re left with the damage, the repairs, and the cost. What a business model.
Meanwhile, we’ve dealt with water intrusion, attic damage, and THREE collapsed ceilings.
What stands out most is how much emphasis was placed on getting positive reviews. In my experience, everything was great when they wanted a 5-star review. Once I left a negative review and started asking hard questions, the willingness to help seemed to disappear.
Anyone can sell a warranty. Anyone can ask for a good review.
The real test is what happens when a customer has a serious problem.
Based on my experience, once the check clears, you’re on your own.
God help the elderly homeowner who trusts the sales pitch and assumes the company will be there when something goes wrong

This company acts like a bully.
They were comfortable taking my money. They were comfortable leaving me with water intrusion, attic damage, damaged wood, and THREE collapsed ceilings on the second floor of my home.
But after I left a negative review about my experience? Suddenly they were no longer comfortable helping.
Think about that.
The review didn’t cause the damage. The review didn’t cause the leaks. The review didn’t cause three ceilings to collapse.
Instead of taking accountability, I was met with excuses, warranty technicalities, finger-pointing, and attempts to pass responsibility to someone else.
That’s what bothers me most. Not that there was a problem—but how I was treated after bringing it to their attention.
A reputable company stands behind its work. A bully tries to wear customers down until they give up.
