  I had Eric out to my house to do an inspection and give me advice if my roof should be replaced. Eric showed up at the end of the day, but he did a thorough inspection and gave me solid advice and was very professional and kind. I don’t know if I’ll get a roof at this time, but thanks to my experience with Eric, when I’m ready, I will definitely give him a call back.

  Darren was the representative from Kanga Roof who met with me and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He took pictures and showed me where the damage was located. He also showed me pictures of where my roof had been damaged because of improper cleaning. I wasn't sure how much I could afford so he wrote me up a detailed estimate so I could decide what I wanted to do. Being a senior citizen I appreciated his kindness and willingness to help me understand the process without feeling any pressure or guilt because of my decision. When I made my decision Darren, Tom, Michael and Jeffery were out the next day. They showed me some of the shingles that had been damaged by improper cleaning. I was very satisfied with their attention to detail. I recommend these guys to anyone who has roofing issues.

  We had them do our siding a couple of years ago and that experience led us to call them for the roof. We could not be more pleased. Their service is excellent. From start to finish.Nick was out for both the roof and siding inspections. He truly cares about making you comfortable with your choices. When the siding was done a couple years ago,an installer,Michael was very impressive with his knowledge and ability. He helped with questions we had about a possible metal roof in the future. Both gentlemen are assets to the company. The roofers were very nice and did an excellent job. The office staff,too! Overall, just a great experience! We definitely recommend them.

  We couldn’t be happier with the work Hornbeck Kangaroof did on our home! In just THREE days, they installed a beautiful new metal roof, new vinyl siding, new LeafGuard gutters, replaced one chimney, and repaired another. The transformation is incredible, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. Eric Ocheltree and Justin Hornbeck were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to answer every question we had. Any concerns we brought up were addressed thoroughly and promptly, which gave us complete confidence throughout the entire project. Their construction crew was equally impressive—hardworking, respectful, efficient, and clearly committed to doing the job right. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of quality, communication, and speed all at once. And trust me, I’m not always easy to please (my family might even call me a bit of a Karen sometimes!), so for me to be this impressed says a lot. Hornbeck Kangaroof absolutely knocked it out of the park. We love our Kangaroof and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing, siding, gutters, or exterior home improvements! Thank you, Eric, Justin, and the entire team for a job exceptionally well done!
