  Had them come out to clean and tune up my furnace. The furnace was literally running when he got here, I asked him if I needed to shut it off, he said no. Now it doesn’t work at all, he says the gas valve isn’t opening. I said it was running when you got here, he said “I don’t know what to tell you about that”. Then spent an hour trying to sell us a new furnace. And now I have no heat.

  Their estimate was twice the amount of their competitor. I went with them because I thought they would be more expedient. I was wrong. Don't fall for their family owned spiel. They are a big company that wants to make as much money from you as possible. They provide average services for huge prices. Patronize a true local company that provides good service at a reasonable price. They don't pay for huge advertising because word of mouth is sufficient. They provide a good service because it is the right thing to do. They are honorable!!

  Mr. Zack Martin was a true blessing to me. He was upfront and honest about what was going on in my situation while giving pros and cons regarding my central air unit. I look forward to having Gault heating and cooling as my provider for maintaining my center air and heating needs in the future.
