Tom was very meticulous in his work ethic and went out of his way to perform his installations. It would be well worth requesting his services. What an excellent worker and company!!

Then one day they tell me it is a limited warranty and that it would cost me $125 trip charge ever time just for them to come out. Now the picture window. I have put tape all around it to try to keep out the cold air. These windows are only 8 years old. No reason I should have to do this on an 8 year old window. If you want good windows, I would look someplace else!!! They do not provide customer service. These are cheap plastic windows.

Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
How long will it take to get my replacement windows? How much time should I allow for the installation?
Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
