  They do a wonderful job.Had no problems everything is looking great. The warranty on the work is second to none. Garrentee the sump pump for life can't beat that anywhere.

  Once again they continue to impress. Foreman Gerald came out with his crew Zack and Kobe and fixed a massive issue I’ve been having with standing water on my house. They were quick and professional and got the job done right and earlier than expected. I can always rely on them, and they have an amazing crew of people you can trust.

  We had moved into the newly refurbished place, but our breathinging was problematic, among other things. One-floor place, meaning also, that we lived above a crawl space. EverDry did what was needed, according to them, with re-waterproofing the outside, while cleaning out the crawlspace, while adding a sump and pump to keep it dry, as well as equipment to keep the place "breathable" (place had had heavy smokers previously). That work seemed to go smoothly, ... upon some EverDry technicians noting all is working fine, just a few weeks ago ... but also where things began to differ from what the "sales person" told us. The "stars" are based on that work alone. The backyard floods easily with heavy rain, or light rain for multiple days in a row! They did try, over the next year to put plans in place to take away most of the standing water; however, every step after the work done at the house itself, contributing to a worsening of standing water! Multiple folks (EverDry personnel) told us they'd make it right, but the salesperson simply should NOT have told us that he and the company, could in fact, get rid of most of that water. Again, the extra "dry wells" (2), and so-called French Drain contributed to making the flooding worse. Finally, a service "manager" (Steve) came out, and noted that the area of flooding had nothing to do with the work completed for the house itself, and should never have been attempted! We get that, really, but being told it "would be taken care of, or at least the bulk of it", plus other office people noting "we'll make it right", should be good for something! Evidently, not. The world seems to fading faster than we can say "screw you"!

  First, I want to say this review is just for the 3 young men Gerald, zach, and Kobe that came out to fix a mess that someone else in the company messed up 4 years ago. They listen to me about what the problem was, they were very professional and courteous. Let's hope that the problem is fixed right this time. I hope I don't have to call them out anymore them fellas were great. Thanks
