  We had experienced several water in the basement events and tried to countermeasure but I was never confident. Anytime we had a big rain I had to be on guard. I finally called ever dry and they came and did an assessment and gave more options. Not just the option but what my value would be with each one. They told me that I had two main problems that needed fixed. At first I was skeptical but after several meeting and explanations I picked the plan I wanted. The representative even steered to a less expensive plan than I was leaning towards. Long story short, I am a happy customer. I feel my investment was more the worth the cost and I now have zero worry. It is a substantial amount of work, both inside and out, but always clean and the employees were very respectful of my property. I even played basketball with them after they were done for the day a few times. And to have a permanent fix that is warranteed and transferable is icing on the cake.

  An Everdry system had been installed in my basement prior to me buying my home in 2024. Shortly after I moved in there was a fierce storm and when I went to my basement, there was a very small amount of water in one of the corners of my basement. I called Everdry and they came out very quickly. They looked at everything and were able to determine the water had come in because the vent cover of the outside vent had become damaged at some point. No questions asked they simply scheduled the repair work and it was completed a short time later. It has been two years and we have had many, many storms and a lot of rain and I have not had any water in my basement. I could not be happier with the Everdry system. All of my communications with Everdry have been positive and they are very punctual. I highly recommend.

  We had Everdry waterproof our basement about 35 years ago, shortly after we purchased our home. We knew the basement needed to be fixed when we purchased, the walls were bowing inward and there were obvious signs of water damage. Our choice was Everdry to help us not only have a dry basement but also have additional living space for our family. Over the years there have been a couple minor incidents of small water problems but Everdry has been very responsive to us and corrected any leaks or sub pump issues. We have been able to enjoy a dry extra living space with thanks to Everdry.

  In 2021, EverDry addressed the basement issues we had endured since moving into our home in 2016. Prior to their work, our basement was perpetually dank and damp, not a place to be. When storms arose, our issues ranged from annoying puddles to borderline catastrophic water intrusion. EverDry installed full indoor outdoor drainage system and installed EZ breath air filtration system. The improvement in our air quality has been incredible. Our basement is a much drier environment and place we don’t dread visiting. Furthermore, via our warranty, EverDry has continued to address issues as they arise and have ensured the system they installed 5 years ago continues to operate as expected. It’s an investment we are glad to have made.
