  Everdry Waterproofing came to our home in July 2017 and did some major-league basement wall remediation, including the removal of mold, the installation of the E-Z Breathe ventilation unit, a new sump pump system and three steel I-beams to cease the basement walls from cracking further. In addition they reinforced the foundation both inside and out. Since July 2017, Everdry has returned to reapply some caulking to the interior basement walls, to replace a faulty sump pump backup battery and to repair the sump pump itself, at no additional cost, other than the $75 annual service agreement. Our basement has remained completely dry during this period and we decided to “pre-finish” the basement earlier this year. We cleaned out all of the junk that had accumulated in the basement, painted the ceiling and installed LED can lights. In addition we painted the walls and the floor. As you can see from the attached photos everything looks incredible.

  We bought a house that had previous work done by Everdry. We pay the warranty fee every year. Anytime I call to get service I go to voicemail. I never get a call back. I end up leaving a couple more voicemails and still never get a call back. I had an appointment scheduled 3 months ago, and they said they would call the day before to let me know what time they would be at my house. I never got a call about the time of my appointment for the next day and ended up missing the appointment. I then called multiple times after my missed appointment to get scheduled again. Yet no answer or call backs. Fast forward to 2 days ago and someone finally answered the phone to get me scheduled! Hooray! I was promised a phone call a day before my appointment to tell me what time they’d be at my house….. yet again no call. Today was the scheduled day for someone to come look at my basement. By 2 pm they still hadn’t showed up, so I called the office to see if they had an estimated time. To then be told I wasn’t actually scheduled! I would highly recommend to find some other company to go with Everdry is nothing but a headache.

  When purchasing our current home back in 2002, we assumed the Everdry Waterproofing of Columbus (EW) warranty from the previous owner. Our ranch style home did have some basement wall and moisture issues identified to us at that time but with the work that EW had done previously and with the warranty coverage in place, we felt confident going forward. We have now been in our same home for twenty-five years. Although during especially the early years we experienced some additional related issues, EW has been with us all along. Their team of basement experts were highly skilled and knowledgeable. On all their trips to our home they were always prompt and polite and respectful of our home, always leaving a clean work area behind. The work that EW has done for us over the years has included additional wall support beams, sub-floor drain maintenance, outside wall water-proofing and backfill maintenance, and various other related services. The EW warranty without a doubt distinguishes them from their competition. Not only is it a value-adding assurance to the homeowner, the fact they offer such a warranty is a testament to the high quality and results driven work they do. Our house today is fifty years old. We love our home and cannot imagine living anywhere else. The solutions Everdry Waterproofing has provided and the peace of mind we have enjoyed as a result, are very much a reason why.

  Everdry is a top-notch company! The basement waterproofing was completed 20+ years ago. Every contact I've had with their employees has been pleasant and professional, from the inspector to the repair team, they are easy to work with. About 10-12 years ago a small trickle of water started high up on the east wall of the basement. Within a day a man came out, assessed the situation and set-up a time for their team to come out. They went farther than I imagined ensuring the leak wouldn't return. Then about five years ago there was some seepage through the west wall. Water was somehow coming through the wall. Again, a gentleman came to inspect the wall, checked everything out and a crew showed up soon after and made the repair. It is expensive to have the work done, no doubt, but the lifetime warranty they give is well worth the initial sticker shock. I recommend using this company to correct water leaks ruining your basement.

  I would put 1 star but we never ended up using them so it probably could have been worse. We had someone come to look at some water that came into our basement after a massive rain, this was also the first time it's ever happened after living here 7 years. Joe tried to sell us on a $33k interior and exterior trench system and used scare tactics to make us think our basement and foundation were the worst he's ever seen. Didn't even suggest smaller fixes like extending our gutters and sealing a crack in between our driveway and foundation. We had someone from a smaller locally owned company come out today, he suggested all of the smaller fixes, and even recommended someone to help level our driveway. We haven't had water since that storm, but Everdry wouldn't care about that. Seriously overkill. Then the best part, 3 days after our estimate we were contacted again saying they could "drastically reduce our bill", but never explained why it was that high to begin with. Absolute bogus.
