  Hamilton Contractors is an amazing business with professional and friendly staff. They are helpful, knowledgeable and do quality work. I will be using them again in the future. I highly recommend!

  Called and scheduled an estimate. Never showed. Called them and no answer. They called back saying they didn’t save the appointment, so we made a new one and confirmed it over the phone. Second appointment scheduled. Never showed or called like we were assured they would. And prior to even scheduling an appointment, it took a month of reaching out for them to even answer. Very unprofessional and they wasted our time.

  Unreliable and unresponsive. Signed a contract and paid a very large deposit at the beginning of July. The contract (which they provided) states that work will begin within 15 days and will be completed within 40 days. It is now October and work has not begun. They are unresponsive to emails and calls. The times when we have received responses, we have been told that "work will begin next week." Still, months later, nothing has been done. I'll be contacting the BBB.
