  I had an excellent experience with the Mario from Blind & Sons who performed routine maintenance & made repairs to the system in my home. He was very professional, courteous, and thorough, taking the time to explain the issue and the repairs needed. His attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right truly exceeded my expectations. He treated my home with respect and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I really appreciate the outstanding service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC repairs!

  Needed a new AC unit once mine was on its last legs. Jordan and team were very professional and super transparent. Could not be happier with my new unit/the service and am grateful that they even helped me install my Google Nest thermostat for free. Strongly recommend working with this team. You won't regret it!

  Landon was knowledgeable, the most important thing. But he was also able to explain it, very polite and nice. Clean and organized. Never stopped just kept steadily at a large task. Most important most most most important, his knowledge allow us to Say $5000 compared to two other estimates we got. We needed all the massive electricity that induction range needs. But more than that we had to put it in the right place. More than that it was possible to move around electrical circuits. we were all using instead of pulling massive power from the street. All of this in such a nice and unassuming person. I will be calling Blind And son and Landon and begging them to return for any future work.

  Blind and sons has installed 2 ac units and a furnace in our current home and in our rental ac/furnace combo. They always have the best prices and deals. We always get at least 3 quotes. They also did our bathroom plumbing install when we did a renovation. Today they did a yearly maintenance.
