  Very happy with the prompt service especially because I was having a party with 30 people the next day. The service technician Matthew was very knowledgeable very personable and courteous. We will probably set up a service contract for the future with them.

  Tech was great to deal with. He was very friendly and informative and had my AC diagnosed quickly. Went with a replacement and the salesmen that came out was very helpful and wanted to do right by the customer and not just get a commission check. I will be using blind and sons for any hvac work in the future

  When I needed to have a new charger and associated circuit installed for my new Electric Vehicle I called out for three estimates. Blind and Sons technician Matt came and gave me an assessment. He identified how beat to perform the installation. He also suggested a whole house surge protector and some other items to think about. He was professional and knowledgeable. We booked the installation straight away. The pricing was clear and reasonable - not the lowest but not the highest either. Bradley came a few weeks later - my schedule wouldn't permit an earlier time which they had available. He walked the job and clearly identified some areas that might be problematic but was able to work around them in a clean and well installed manner. He took his time to carefully lay everything out and ensure the installation was neat and tidy. He showed excellent attention to detail and was able to answer any questions I had. My installation included running a new 40A circuit from a sub panel to the garage, installing the necessary breakers, disconnect and outlet. I supplied my own Emporia charging kit which Bradley installed. The kit included an energy monitoring system which he also installed along with showed me how to install the additional monitor sensors if I wanted to add more in the future. A good professional shares his knowledge and it is appreciated.

  My 10 year old main AC needed a major repair. The tech came out on Thursday to diagnose and I had a whole new system (with MVP membership discounts) installed and running by that Monday. I’ve had Blind & Sons install my generator as well and every single tech I’ve worked with has been professional and have no system issues since they’ve been out. Can’t recommend enough! Shoutouts to Mario, Chris, Uriel, Coby, Landon and the team for always taking good care of us.
