- JLJason Leither5 days ago5.0I had a good experience with this company. Scheduling was prompt. The service tech, Kyle Friedley, was knowledgeable and very friendly.
- MTMeghan Thibodeau6 days ago2.0I called for help with our water softener not draining and was able to schedule an appointment easily with what worked for my schedule. The company communicated great on a reminder text about the appointment, and the service tech called when he was on the way. Two technicians came and they were courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, immediately the tech knew they couldn't help with my water softener due to it being a brand they don't service. I explained in detail when I made the appointment with what was happening and what brand I had, and to be honest- even if I hadn't, the scheduler should have made sure what brand I owned was one they could fix. I didn't call asking for a new one, I wanted service on what I already had. The tech, Zach, was super helpful and explained my options. Although the experience with the techs was great, I had to use time off work and pay the full diagnostic fee when if the scheduler had said when I made the appointment they don't service my water softener, I would have called a different company. It's frustrating to have wasted valuable time and money when it should have been a simple- sorry, we don't work with that brand.
