  Cory came out to do a check up on our furnace-A/C unit. I think Cory did a wonderful job, timely and considerate..everything was okay. But…apparently the office staff doesn’t know what’s going on and lack of communication is unbelievable. The appointment was originally scheduled the beginning of June for July 3rd between 9 and 1 pm. I have the text to prove it. Only July 1st another text was sent stating they would be here on the 2nd…my wife and I would both be working that morning, but we said okay, he can come at 12:30….the morning of the 2nd I get a voicemail stating that something had come up and they would have to reschedule…..okay, so we weren’t expecting anyone….at a little after noon on the 2nd is when Cory showed up…not upset with Cory, but office staff needs some attention. Overall not impressed with Kellermeier….

  In the middle of summer, we called for an AC issue. kellermeir was able to get a technician out the next day. Both Zane and Gary or very personable, and knowledgeable.

  I had an amazing experience with Kellermeier Plumbing & Heating. From the initial call to the service visit, everything went smoothly. Zach, who came out to fix a broken pipe in my basement, was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain everything clearly and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Kellermeier!

  Excellent service from start to finish! Zane came out to take a look at my office's A/C, quickly identified the issue, and clearly explained what needed to be done. Communication was great throughout the process. They arranged to have the necessary materials delivered and completed the repair within just a few hours, despite working on a very warm afternoon. Zane was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He did not push unnecessary services or products on me, which was greatly appreciated! The office is much more comfortable!
