  Can someone please give me a call back? I have been calling for the past week no response. Thank you, I need help with a recently installed ADA door closer. The door stop is wiggly, we are missing a button, and the button wires are not landed and the electrician can't land them without risk of ruining the equipment. Please call me back

  I don't see how this company functions, there is in incompetency in every department, from the sales department scheduling appointments that nobody shows up for, installation department that measures your glass wrong to installing shower glass that has scratches on it. Even so called management do not know what they are doing also not returning calls or scheduling dates nobody shows up for. We went with this company based on our contractor suggestion that we trusted but I should have gone with a different company as soon as they did not show up the first time and only came after the contractor called. The only reason they got the one star was because it's the only way you could post this
