- RDrich decapitaFeb 18, 20251.0Had a countertop installed a year ago. The undermount sink is falling. Water leaks between the counter and the sink,no sealer. My dishwasher door is bent. Never vacuumed the cabinet shavings when planing for install. Bad cut on the granite counter.

- AGAshley grosseJun 23, 20171.0Worst experience ever...... templated our kitchen wrong. Didn't order enough counter tops to do our space, and asked us to pick something else out for our bar area. Then brought the kitchen counters and the cuts were all wrong and they left those until they could get enough in to do the space again. Once they brought the new stuff the installation was horrible. They cut the counters inside my house so dust was all over everything.....the stuff they use to glue the counters together got on our new floor and dishwasher and still can't get up. There are marks that need buffed out on top of the counters, as well as the cut made for our farmhouse Sink the left side is uneven and doesn't match the right side. There is a chip out of the island and they filled with a filler rather than replace. I took pictures and sent to Kathy on Monday 6-19-17 and it's Friday and haven't heard anything back..... the shower seat was never delivered until the third and final attempt at trying to get it right. What a mess and highly wouldn't recommend. Very unorganized and with us being business owners..... this is what you don't want to do ever.......
