  Nick was incredibly helpful. He helped us to understand our situation with a sewage back up and our options. He took the time to make sure we understood who we needed to find to fix it with special equipment, pricing to expect, and what our paths forward are. We really appreciated him helping us through this difficult ordeal

  Nick is a consummate professional and has your best interest in mind. I had worries that the solution that was installed was operating properly. Nick returned the next day to make sure it was working as it should. Highly recommend working with him, kudos to Nick for going above and beyond.

  On time, very pleasant, and helped me with some design ideas for installing a gas lamp wall mounted or post. I needed quote for adding a flex line and shut off to my existing pipe that was already there. I found that my idea for a gas power flame lantern is more than I thought.

  Repair person Nate arrived promptly to diagnose the issue, and although the repair proved more complex than initially expected, he handled it thoroughly. I feel confident that our system is now functioning properly. I especially appreciated the detailed explanations regarding the operation of the hot water tank and water softener. This information will be very helpful in maintaining the system. Nate was very careful with removal and installation of large items. Nothing beats someone cleaning up after themselves!!

  Nick Alleman is a fantastic service tech, great communications, courteous and eager to please and work with the customer to help with pricing while still making a win-win sale on a top rated Bradford-White hot water heater. Looking forward to it being installed soon! Nick discussed pricing with BJ Plumbing owner and was allowed to adjust/discount their price to such a good price, I easily decided to agree to purchase the water heater thru them as it is rated as light-commercial for residential use, highly durable and ratingers say it will last many years beyond it's warranty. So far am very pleased and excited about this outcome.
