- BHBecky HauserMar 31, 20261.0At the beginning we were very excited to get our roof done. This company brought a work crew that was drinking alcohol on our roof. The crew was supposed to be certified to remove and reinstall our solar panels. They were not. It took 3 weeks plus us finding a crew on our own to reinstall the panels. It took 6 months to complete the job and we had to hire our own inspection because the roof wasn't done well. After the inspection and multiple phone calls, time taken off work and complaining, we got the roof fixed where the original crew messed up. This project was an absolute nightmare.

We obtained 2 other roof bids but they did not get up on the roof and provided estimates but no mention of submitting insurance claim. Great experience. Thanks Josh.
