- CMCassie MoonJul 8, 20261.0We called J & B to come fix my grandmas gas water heater. When they first came to look at it they said it needed a part that they would have to order. We ordered the part. After waiting a week, we called & ask how much longer it was going to be. They said they’d come out and look at the water heater again and see if there was anything they could do to fix it till the new part gets here. When they came to “fix” it, they put an old part on from their van. To which we had to end up calling the fire department because her gas water heater was leaking gas after they left. We called to inform them the next morning of the event and they told us that they can’t get the part she needed. So we waited weeks for a part that was said they could get, turned into they couldn’t get, & charged us $135 for a part that was old and a visit from the fire department. My grandma is 85 years old. If we hadn’t gone over there to check on her that evening, things could’ve been a lot worse.
