  I gave information for an estimate and was texted rather soon after it was submitted. I was asked via text would texting be OK or would I rather a call. I agreed texting was OK. So I was asked if I was the owner and said I'm the POA. The owner I said would be there. Then they asked for the owner name and then if I could show them my POA papers when they came. I asked why all this information when I haven't even seen your product? They want to be sure I'm able to sign or the homeowner. Wow!! So I ask do you ID the people you visit? She said we use the country records to check. Needless to say I'm thankful other companies start out with trusting the people who call for an estimate and give them their phone number and such as a type of insurance they have skin in the game. I said NOT interested and needed to share this as a heads up. You can have other companies and there are plenty who won't be so intrusive show you windows at a fair price. I always get 3 estimates and then decide. For this who got the windows and are happy this is no reflection on your service experience,however I'm not sure of your personal situation either. Very disappointing I wasted my time on text and call.

  First, I would like to just say how amazing the whole Window World team was/is! We had 61 year old casement windows on a new to us home that needed all 10 windows replaced. We had a quote quickly after the request. The salesman was not pushy, explained options, and we decided to move ahead with them. They came out to measure the windows and sent the install manager out to double check them to be 100% sure. The windows came in the expected time frame. Tiffany was more than wonderful accommodating my schedule for installation and later in helping me and answering questions. The installers took 4 hours to do the 10 windows. There was one sizing hiccup but I called and it was remedied right away. Honestly my husband and I are so impressed by how well the whole team worked. It was essentially flawless; and the windows have been amazing. We will definitely be going back when we get our sliding door replaced, and are upset we didn’t initially go with them when replacing the windows at our previous home.

  A Window World salesman came out and gave a good presentation. I decided to go with this company. He measured all the windows. On a separate day, they came out and measured them again. When they were ready, I was called for the installation. The installers came out and found that one of the windows was not the correct size. Of the eight windows to be installed, only seven were installed. I was immediately charged for the full amount by the finance company. However, I still haven’t heard from Window World after 2 weeks regarding the window that was not installed on 5/24/2026. The windows that were installed do look good. I’m disappointed with company follow-thru. The installers were great. Update: received a call from the office on 6/10. They apologized for not ensuring that I knew the status. It makes me feel a little better. When spending that kind of $... you have to expect good customer support.
