  Jeff promised to help with my insurance company and the moment they pushed back and paid out half of the cost he dodged me and stopped helping. I would have paid the difference to have my roof replaced but was given the run around and now that I’ve reached back out inquiring on the process, I was informed they are too swamped to deal with my roof and it’ll take months. Have already been working with them since January and have to start over now. Very unprofessional. No communication.

  Excellent experience with Kerns Roofing. Mike Nicely with them helped me with everything start to finish and the finished product is great. Highly recommend.

  I dealt with several employees at this company, and every one of them was helpful and professional, even before I'd spent a single dollar. They went above and beyond for me as a prospective customer, which set the tone for everything that followed. I hired them to replace the flashing and shingles around my chimney to fix a leak, and the job was finished ahead of schedule. That's almost unheard of these days. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

  I cannot say enough about this company . We had a very traumatizing situation happen last spring … after the constant storms in our area resulting in damage to our roof and shingles and eventually resulting in a plaster ceiling collapse in our college age son’s room … while he was sleeping at 2am in the morning . Thankfully he was mostly ok . A swollen jaw and cuts to his face . I called many places .. and of course filed a claim with State Farm … our insurance Co of 30 years . Nothing was happening until Kerns got involved . I felt hope for the first time when I talked to Travis and Brian . Ultimately we have a beautiful new roof … the inside work was done by Kerns as well . Dan was superb . Insurance was pushed to do the right thing . And we could not be happier . I tell everyone I know about Kerns and am just thoroughly impressed with this company and its values and dedication to doing right by their customers. They did the roof job in one day and cleaned up beautifully. Don’t hesitate to call this company . They are truly a shining gem in this industry!!!!!
