  Stay away from this company!!! Not professional at all. I simply wanted an estimate on aluminum fencing and aluminum privacy fencing. The owner is disrespectful and argumentative. I attempted to bring to his attention the behavior of his salesman and explain how his company could be losing money when the salesman starts off a conversation to deter or weed out a customer by saying a fence would cost 30k before finding out what a customer wants or needs, their budget, how much fencing they want etc. instead of listening, he proceeded to argue and defend a conversation that he never heard until I informed him that my daughter was right there and I have everything that was said on camera. I had three other companies give me estimates along with any additional work (if necessary) that I would need to do on my end to get the project done. Not one said it could not be done. Not one quoted 30k. Not one said I needed to remove huge trees. The salesman, Josh focused first on informing me that it would cost 30k without even getting the full picture of what I wanted or doing a measurement. When that didn’t deter me, he tried to tell me that I would have to remove several very large trees (no one else said that I needed to remove any trees out of three reputable companies with better reviews than this company). I still asked for the estimate with whatever needed to be done. He talked all around it. When the tree removal didn’t deter me, he finally said that they couldn’t do the job and then told his boss half truths about I wanted 6 foot fencing on the front of my house and against a neighbors fence which was not at all our conversation because I already know the ordinances for my city, we spoke specifically about me not interested in trying to argue with the city about a 6 foot fence and Josh even mentioned the 4 foot fences and how they could picket them etc. Additionally, my other estimates would clearly show I never mentioned wanting anything like that done.

  Installed untreated posts. Contracts out the work. Instead of removing a stump, they cut the wood fence out around it. Not happy
