The crew worked efficiently, treated my home with care, and delivered a finished product that exceeded my expectations. Just as impressive was the customer service and communication. Every question was answered promptly, everything was explained clearly, and I always felt like a valued customer. Quality products, expert installation, outstanding service, and true professionalism.   Had them replace my windows several years ago. Experience was great - but personally knew the contractor who installed at the time. Had to have one replaced, spoke with Pam, discussed receiving quotes. Never heard back. Called twice, told she would call me, never did. Called again asking for sales manager to call me, never heard back. So, if you want a house re-done, they will clearly engage. Existing customer, or one replacement, they won't. That says a lot about the character of the company. Keep that in mind when thinking about replacing all your windows.

  "Tom" was the installer and did an excellent job. He replaced 6 windows at my parent's house and 1 enormous front bay window at mine. Tom was very meticulous in his work ethic and went out of his way to perform his installations. It would be well worth requesting his services. What an excellent worker and company!!

  I purchased 13 windows in 2018. A few days later they came to install. I keep calling them back for problems that I was having. Then one day they tell me it is a limited warranty and that it would cost me $125 trip charge ever time just for them to come out. Now the picture window. I have put tape all around it to try to keep out the cold air. These windows are only 8 years old. No reason I should have to do this on an 8 year old window. If you want good windows, I would look someplace else!!! They do not provide customer service. These are cheap plastic windows.

  Had whole house, with exception of the basement windows, done 10 years ago and they still look new. I finally decided to get the basement ones done and they look great. I'm sure they added significant value to my home.
