  Rocco was very professional and quickly evaluated where my alarm was going off- an old carbon monoxide detector with expired batteries on the first floor. He also installed two hardwired dual detectors by First Alert. Everything is working fine now. Thank you!

  Apex was so responsive! Their scheduling was easy and accurate, they communicated well and returned calls, addressed my issue quickly. Both of the service team members were wonderful, but Ben was outstanding! He came and was kind and patient, explained everything very well and worked efficiently. I’ll definitely use Apex in the future!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Apex Pros Plumbing. My problems with this company started with previous excavation work they performed on my property. During that job, they took apart my fence and did not properly put it back together. They also failed to properly restore and level the soil after excavating. As a result, I was left with a damaged/misaligned fence and what is essentially a ditch in my yard. I contacted Apex Pros multiple times asking them to come back and correct the damage from their work. Despite those calls, the problems were never fixed. Fast forward to my most recent experience. Apex Pros told me that I needed approximately $26,000 worth of work because my pipe was cracked and there was a child’s shovel stuck in the pipe. Because of the enormous cost, I decided to get a second opinion from another plumbing company. The second company came out, removed the child’s shovel from the pipe, and showed me that the pipe was NOT cracked. They resolved the problem for approximately $1,200—compared with the approximately $26,000 project Apex Pros had recommended. During my dealings with Apex Pros, I was also told they would address my fence. They actually sent people to my property to inspect and assess the fence, and I took pictures documenting that they were there. A month later, my fence was still not fixed. When I called Todd to find out what was going on, instead of helping resolve the problem, he asked me why I was calling him. I then received a call from someone named Jasmine, who told me they were not going to fix the fence because they were only going to do so if I went forward with the approximately $26,000 project. That was particularly upsetting because the fence had nothing to do with whether I accepted this new $26,000 proposal. The damage to my fence and yard resulted from PREVIOUS excavation work Apex Pros had already performed. I had been asking them to correct that damage long before this new project was ever proposed. So, to summarize my experience: Apex Pros left me with a damaged fence and a ditch in my yard after their previous excavation work; I repeatedly asked them to correct it and they did not; they later recommended approximately $26,000 in additional work based in part on telling me my pipe was cracked; another company removed the obstruction, showed me the pipe was not cracked, and handled the problem for approximately $1,200; and Apex Pros then told me they would not fix my existing fence damage because I did not proceed with their $26,000 project. I have photographs documenting the condition of my property and the people who came to assess the fence, and I have made repeated efforts to resolve this directly with the company. At this point, I intend to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and explore my legal options regarding the damage to my property and the company’s failure to correct it. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering Apex Pros Plumbing to get a second opinion before agreeing to any major or expensive work.

  Didn’t even make it past the initial estimate because holy smokes!! They quoted us 4x the amount another company quoted us! 400% more!! We just needed an EV charger installed in our garage and we were given $5k as an estimate. Another company came out and did it for $1200. We have friends and family members who have all had the same job done for far, far less than $5k, so we were kind of shocked when we were quoted that much. Everyone was friendly though! Nice customer service!
