Hired to fill in the concrete to outside wall. At the time of scheduling, I was told handyman will provide the needed material. Guy shows up on scheduled day and tells me I was suppose to provide the material. I ended up paying for his 1.5 hour visit @$150/hr to Home Depot plus $70 trip charge and probably markup on the material cost. If you hire ACE Handyman service, make sure to ask them what is needed for the job and buy yourself ahead of time so you don’t have to pay them for time to shop.

Arrived on time and ready to assemble my grill. The work area was cleaned up and my grill located where I wanted it.

I had a great experience working with Marc G. at Ace Hardware. Marc did an excellent job laying tile and was professional, knowledgeable, and very detail-oriented throughout the entire process. The finished work looks fantastic, and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. I really appreciate the quality of his work and would definitely recommend Marc to anyone looking to have tile installed. Great work and great service!

The company was excellent to work with and Rob was a fantastic professional. He kept us updated on every portion of the work he was doing, and communicated clearly when he discovered other damage that needed remediation. There was no effort to “find things”, which I greatly appreciated. He made recommendations on future work to consider, but never tried to upsell or change things. He also came in under budget. The work itself was great. It looks amazing and met our needs exactly as described. I’d highly recommend both Ace Handyman Services and Rob to anyone!
