  I regret ever going with Mr. Roof—don’t make the same mistake. They treat your roof like it’s disposable, rushing through with zero concern for customer satisfaction. I had four estimates before finally choosing this company, and shockingly, theirs was the highest. I went with them only because I wanted it done right and by professionals. The estimate was done by Matthew, we signed the contract, and shortly after, the materials arrived. That’s when red flags should have started flying. They began working on my roof on a Monday—tear-off and replacement—yet from the start, it was clear they didn't care. The crew tried to back the dump trailer down my driveway, but the hitch was dragging against the concrete. So, what do they do? You go and get a new hitch to raise it up….right? No… Instead of fixing that, they just laid bundles of brand new shingles at the end of the driveway and drove their truck and trailer over them like they were cheap trash. Did I complain? No. Did I like that? Hell no. Then the project stretched to two days instead of one. Again, I still did not complain. And just when I thought it couldn't get worse, Doug—who calls himself the project manager—showed up. Where was he during the all the problems they had? Honestly, he’s worth about two wooden nickels. He popped in to inspect the roof while I was at work and told me everything was "fantastic." But when I got home, it looked like amateur hour. The drip edge was a joke—cut so badly it was sticking straight up, revealing shiny silver metal to the street (see picture). I called Doug, and it was almost as if I had to beg him to see that this wasn’t acceptable. After 15 minutes of discussion, he grudgingly agreed to come back and push them down and clean it up. Yet, the very next day, he shows up and cuts (Does not just push down and clean it up) he just cuts them so high they’re above the gutters, They ripped off the flashing during tear off and left bare wood exposed. It was not like that when they arrived. Doug, calls it fantastic. Now I have exposed wood above the gutters—what's "fantastic" about that? Then I go into the attic. During the inspection Matthew had taken pictures of split rafters and claimed they needed to be sistered before the new roof went on (see picture). Guess what? The rafters are still split in half. So I called Doug, and what does he say? "It's fine, the roof is solid." I told him I do not care I was told these were supposed to be fixed. Then they replaced the boot on the roof to the furnace and destroyed the one on the inside. Then, I told him I wanted to speak to someone else, and suddenly he just got off the phone with Matthew, “He said Matthew was supposed to fix the rafters and he would reach out to me.” So let me get this straight—**the estimator** is the one person in the company responsible for fixing broken rafters? Not the crew? Not the project manager? The guy who did the estimate? That’s a great business model. Anyways, he promised Matthew would be in touch to fix it, but it’s been over a week, and I haven’t heard a word. And to top it all off, there’s a sunken spot right over the front of the house—something that shows how little they care. It’s infuriating because I chose the most expensive company, expecting quality—not this disaster. If I’d gone with the cheapest option, I’d understand this level of incompetence. But I didn’t. This whole nightmare could have been avoided if they simply followed up and fixed the issues I had with the roof. Doug was supposed to clean up the drip edge, but instead, he made it worse and did nothing to the exposed wood from the missing flashing. Instead of calling to see if I needed anything else, he pushed the work onto someone who never called back. Do NOT trust this company. They are unprofessional at every level—from the so-called estimator who refuses to fix broken rafters (I do not believe it’s his job) , to the crew running over my brand-new bundles shingles (see picture), to Doug, who manages absolutely nothing. Save yourself the trouble—stay far away from Mr. Roof.

  Work was conducted as outlined in contract. Project Manager kept me informed of work and concerns prior to starting. Crew cleaned up mid-day and in evening. Would recommend Mr. Roof for a roof install based on my experience.

  Great experience with Mr. Roof from start to finish! Victor was responsive, professional, and friendly, and he was a tremendous advocate while we navigated a difficult insurance process. Pricing was fair, and the crew completed our very large job in just one day. They were efficient, tidy, and did excellent work. The follow-up has also been great. We’re very happy with the entire experience and would definitely recommend Mr. Roof!

  I had forgotten what was involved getting a new roof installed. My neighbor recommended Mr. Roof. I called and began the process. From the first visit with the salesman to the final visit with the project manager, it was efficient and professional. The installation took one day. Clean up was complete.

  If Google allowed a negative 5 star button I would give them that! These people DOES NOT CARE about their customers. They did our roof and gutters last summer. We have called them numerous times about numerous of issues about the roof not being done correct ! The crew had left a mess everywhere! Nails shingles you name it everywhere! Including my attic! It's like they use my attic for a trash can! They were supposed to come out and clean that up which they never did. As well as cleaning up shingles and nails around my yard. Till this day I am picking up nails and shingles PATHETIC!! Roof is still not properly done! Every time we contact them they give us the runaround with no updates. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY!! They just do not care about you or your home!! Even if you have a warranty they will not get back with you like they say they will.. LIKE NEVER. They will just blow you off and act like you never called them. The project manager Doug is a piece of work himself!! Promises you this and that and then he just vanishes. He would rather ask you for drugs! Him and the Spanish guy! Don't get me started on the sales guy!! We told him what we wanted and he wrote it up under his own terms, not what we wanted! Which it had to be taken care. 2 weeks after the initial agreement. Because he left a ton of stuff out. They just want to sell jobs and not do them right! The roofers absolutely had no idea what they were doing! It's obvious they don't drug test their employees! And hire just anybody! AGAIN I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT ROOFING COMPANY! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!
