  We are in a heat wave and my husband suffers from copd we were told they would be out to fix a leak in the unit covered under warranty between 10-12:30 when we called we were told the tech was on an emergency call. The tech showed up at 4 pm July 2nd discovered another leak and couldn’t fix it. He gave us his supervisors number who was suppose to call but didn’t then didn’t return my call either. We have a large house so we closed off one room bought a window air conditioner and spending our 4th of July weekend in one room of our home. We still don’t know when to expect it to be fixed.

  I appreciate the professionalism and prompt response of Ace when our air conditioner went out. Andre Gann was extremely helpful and kind during a stressful situation, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I appreciate him explaining the price breakdown along the way, allowing me to make a decision, rather than just doing what needed to be done and then charging me at the end. Andre was amazing to work with (and very patient) and we know who to call in the future if anything else ever comes up. Thank you!

  paid for inspection of the hvac in condo i was purchasing. Stated needed insulation on pipe and wire fixed on outside unit. moved in 2 weeks after inspection and found out the coil pan had huge crack in it and filter was full of rust and had been leaking. a long time, needless to say if they’d caught it i could have gotten seller to come down on price of house. Anyways i bought new furnace and hvac from logan’s 14000.00 dollars. well worth it. I wouldn’t let them on my property because they didn’t do proper inspection. i’m happy though i got new system without having to deal with ace

  I scheduled an HVAC service call and the process was so easy and automated and professional. Keith was the technician assigned to me and he was the most comforting service person I've experienced in my two years in Springfield. I was mostly getting a check and second opinion and the company was generous about this. I then scheduled a sales appointment and Jason was knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly for this layperson. Provided 3 options with details for each, which was fantastic to have. During this process, I learned that Ace also offers plumbing service (which was on my list) and is soon to offer electrical and handyman services. Such a great business model and local area success story. And such a relief for me, who has struggled for over a year to get help. I will continue to use Ace for all the services they offer!! Thank you so much!!

  Supposedly, we had a warranty with Ace from the previous owner. 10years parts 2 years labor. The labor ended May 24. They wanted $500 to run a leak test. Just had it done 2 days earlier by another HVAC company under Our home warranty. Guess I should have tested the AC before the May 24th date. It would have had the same problem. Certainly not a customer friendly organization. So glad we had a Home Warranty plan, because ACE was not the answer. As the situation continues to develop, I wanted to document my concerns regarding the recent service experience. After I had already arranged for another company through my home warranty, Mike contacted me following a negative review and stated that he wanted to make the situation right. Based on that conversation, I agreed to pause the existing service company with the understanding that ACE would take care of the repair costs. However, it came to light that your team had serviced this same issue just one year ago. At that time, the refrigerant had leaked out, and although the system was refilled, the source of the leak was not identified. This raises concerns about the thoroughness of the previous service. During the recent visit, your technician again confirmed that the refrigerant had leaked but initially could not locate the issue. After further direction, a significant leak was eventually identified—both near the register and along the line between the compressor and the house. Despite the earlier assurance that this matter would be taken care of, I was presented with a repair quote of $1,500. When I questioned this, Mike indicated that the diagnostic work being waived fulfilled that commitment. This does not align with my understanding of our initial discussion. Given that I had already secured service through my home warranty, I would not have delayed that work unless I had been clearly assured that ACE would fully address the issue. At this point, I am concerned about the inconsistency between what was communicated and what was delivered. You would think the company (ACE) who installed the system would take are of their work.
