  Steve the technician was 5 Stars. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and willing to investigate another problems we were having. Response from the company was quick. However they are very expensive! The company cost is a 2 Star. We needed a kitchen faucet replaced in a 10 year old home. We provided the Delta faucet. Right Guy cost was $469 for installation (this included a Seniors Discount). It took Steve 45 minutes to complete the install. This was during normal business hours and no other work was done. We went ahead and authorized the work because we were going out of town and didn’t have time to shop around. If you want fast and thorough service and willing to pay a premium price, this is a good company. Ask for Steve. He is great!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM RIGHT BROTHERS PLUMBING: BRANDON, AVERY, AND JAMES DESERVE TO BE RECOGNIZED! When you are dealing with ongoing plumbing problems, the stress and frustration can become overwhelming. We were at our wits’ end trying to deal with everything, and then Brandon came out and made a world of difference. From the moment he arrived, he put us at ease, reassured us, and got right to work. His dedication went above and beyond our expectations. He even volunteered to come in on his day off, arrived early, and stayed late to help get the job done. That level of commitment speaks volumes about his character and work ethic. Avery and James later came out to assist Brandon, and all three of these gentlemen were absolutely phenomenal! They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, respectful, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain what was happening throughout the entire process, kept us informed, and made sure we felt comfortable with the work being done. They never made us feel like we were just another job on the schedule. Instead, they treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine concern during a very stressful situation. What stood out to us the most was not just their plumbing knowledge and willingness to work hard, but the way they treated us as people. When everything around us felt chaotic, these three gentlemen brought us a sense of relief, confidence, and peace of mind. They showed up, worked together as a team, and demonstrated what outstanding customer service truly looks like. Brandon, Avery, and James are a credit to Right Brothers Plumbing! Their dedication, teamwork, professionalism, and compassion deserve to be recognized. It is rare to find a team that combines excellent workmanship with such a caring and reassuring attitude. We are genuinely grateful for the time, effort, and heart they put into helping us through this difficult situation. If you are experiencing plumbing problems and want a team that will treat you with respect, communicate with you, work hard, and take pride in doing the job right, ask for Brandon, Avery, and James at Right Brothers Plumbing.   Our water heater quit! I had no idea which plumbing company to contact. I decided on using the Right Brothers company and I’m very glad that I did. My phone call to the company was answered by Johnna. She was very kind and understanding. She got us scheduled right away. Nate was the gentleman who arrived to install our new water heater. He was professional competent, and very customer friendly. Although the price seemed a little high our experience with the Wright brothers company was very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any plumbing Issue that might arise.

  I was highly satisfied with the work Trey from “ Right Brothers Plumbing” did at my house- I had been wanting to get all the plumbing & connections in my laundry room & crawl space updated, since the house was built in 1957- I had gotten 2 estimates for the work & the price from Right Bros was the cheaper estimate- I felt more comfortable after Trey explained to me everything he was able to do & he answered all of my questions- He took lots of pictures, unlike the other co that I called- The day of the work, He moved the connections to inside the wall & installed a utility box- He put new pipes under the house -He also lowered some old copper pipes that were unsightly- I absolutely love the work he did- I will be calling again to have the bath & kitchen pipes all updated very soon- I highly recommend “Right Bros Plumbing” for any & all of your plumbing needs- Price & Professionalism can’t be beat

  My technician was Brayden and he was wonderful. My gas had been shut off by my utility company due to a gas leak. Brayden went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it more than I can express in this review. The weather is dropping down into the 30s this weekend so I needed my gas back on so I could turn on my heat. I was supposed to get a phone call notifying me when the tech was on their way and I did not get that due to a system issue. So when he arrived I was at work only 10 - 15 minutes away. I noticed him on my ring camera alert and asked him if he could wait for me and he did. He did an excellent job on the repair and showed me how I can tell the leak had been fixed. The last plumber that came out did such a horrible job, which caused the leak to begin with. This company (Brayden) fixed everything. They only have a two hour appointment window, other places I called had five hour appointment windows. I work in healthcare and we are so short staffed right now, I could not get off of work the whole day to wait for a repair. I appreciate this company, and I am so thankful they know how to hire technicians that are knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. I will be using this company in the future if I have any other plumbing repairs needed and requesting Brayden specifically if I can.
