  Do not use this company. Extremely unprofessional, overpriced, and they do not take accountability for their mistakes. They left us over $20,000 in the hole without even fixing the actual issue. The liner they did install is still not completed, and now they barely answer calls after a full year of dealing with this mess. They left 5 large holes in our property and an unbelievable mess behind. We specifically asked them not to completely fill the holes and they over poured and now I have to hire another company to grind it down, and they ignored us. We also repeatedly asked for dust containment, which was never done. Dust was left everywhere throughout the home, sewage was tracked all over the floors and even up the stairs. Their own employee later came out and admitted there was another problem area that previous workers missed. He even stated that the crew “wasn’t knowledgeable.” Most of the workers seemed very young, overwhelmed, and like they had no clue what they were doing. After the 20k they stated they would want 9k more. Hired another plumber and said yeah that is too much and I could have gotten a lot more done than what they did was messy and looked like a child did it. Liner is still not fixed and not smoothed out. This entire experience has been exhausting, stressful, and unacceptable. Save yourself the money, damage, and frustration.

  I would not recommend The Right Brothers Plumbing. We hired them to repair our main sewer line based on assurances from Bobby that the work would be done quickly and correctly. Unfortunately, the entire process was frustrating, unprofessional, and poorly managed. We were displaced from our home for 4 days because the sewer backed up, and despite repeated promises, crews never showed up when scheduled. I had to take multiple days off work, and the company’s communication was inconsistent and confusing—one person would confirm a visit, and the office would later claim we weren’t scheduled for another two days. During the initial work, their crew damaged our gutters without notifying us. It took over 2 months of repeated follow-ups before anyone showed up to fix them—and again, we were never informed in advance of the repair visit. To make matters worse, we were later pressured to pay for the sewer line repair without receiving requested evidence, and attempts to speak to an owner about compensation for lost wages and the poor handling of the project were refused. This entire experience was stressful, time-consuming, and extremely disappointing. I will not use or recommend this company for any plumbing work.

  My husband and I were very pleased with the work done by the team from Right Brothers. The draining system for our sump pump failed and needed immediate repair/replacement. They came to our home on Thursday morning to diagnose the situation and give an estimate. By Friday morning the team arrived….with a backhoe… to begin working. They completed a huge job by that afternoon. The entire team was very professional and explained what they were doing during the entire process. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND OVERPRICED! There were many things that went wrong. He showed up late had to come back the next day to do the work he said he was late because the parts house gave him the wrong part. He forgot to have someone turn the water off. He was going to fix a leak in the shower and change the spicket there was a crazy loud banging noise that rattled the whole house my husband went in to see what was going on. The guy was standing in the shower trying to pull the valve out with channel locks. My husband asked him if he had a valve puller he said no I didn't have one of those. He couldn't get the valve out and put everything back together with it leaking worse then when he started still had to pay almost$400 I felt like we got robbed. On the invoice which I had to specifically request he wrote when he left there were no leaks detected. I called to try to talk to a supervisor it's been almost a week and I'm still waiting on a call back!!!

  I was told I had a 3-5pm appointment. I had to take off two hours of work to not be charged an extra 200 dollars because they do not have pm shift. I complied and the plumber shows up at my house after I called three times st 7pm. I told him where the clog was and that only one bathroom was affected. He assessed the situation and told me that the cost would be 700 dollars , I was given 10 percent off for him being late. He took about ten minutes after removing toilet and using an auger to remove a clog toilet paper that was 9 feet down. The plumber was friendly and I had no problem with. The promptness of the plumber was ridiculous and the cost just to un log a minor clog was ridiculously way over priced. Needless to say I will never use company again and never give a recommendation for them.
