  Yusif and Abdullah provided Great customer service. They Explained everything in a very clear and concise way and the got the repairs done in a very timely manner. I am completely satisfied with all work that I have had done by Apex Pros and every Apex employee that I have interacted with has conducted themselves in a very friendly and respectful manner. Will definitely continue using their services.

  Very very disappointed. I would avoid this company. They are unfortunately just like most of the HVAC companies out there. Originally very high priced, but professional and sold a pretty solid system. But what I thought I was getting and what I actually got were two different things. Something was wrong right from the start. I tried contacting them for almost two days with zero contact. After I called there main line, I was finally able to get traction. They blamed things on their AI system (just a hint of where things are going). There was a supposed leak from the manufacturer that was missed. Which caused me to have to take another day off. They said they would do all kinds of things to help make it right considering it was overpriced to begin with. When it actually came time to work through those things, they backed off. All I can think of is Used Car Salesmen which took advantage of my lack of cooling in the summer heat. I am very disappointed that I went with this company and I am out a lot of money that I can't get back.... The only reason it is not a one star is the fact that the people are at least nice to your face and they did install same day even though it was not done right.

  Abdullah was amazing to work with! He was professional, responsive, and was able to complete our electrical project ahead of schedule. We really appreciated his efficiency, attention to detail, and the quality of his work throughout the entire process. Everything was completed smoothly and exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend Abdullah and APEX to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality electrical services and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

  I experienced a sewage backup issue that I needed immediate assistance for. While Apex was incredibly timely in coming out, Todd insisted I get the drain snaked for $675. Then he insisted (rude and not professional to me while I am in shock, not to mention talking down to me like I didn’t know anything) I needed to get that resolved immediately. I didn’t get a quote, which I called them for. I was told that if I didn’t do this, I would have serious problems. Then steps in Todd to push on me. I'm not sure who has that money just sitting around but I don't, and Todd took advantage of my shock and was rude then and later, which was entirely unprofessional. Todd did not start speaking to me like I was a person until he found I knew people he knew. My entire world is collapsing seeing a $24000 plus another $10000 from a sewer tank needing removed in city limits. It took them 2 days to complete the project and took dirt away but didn’t replace it, only gravel. Then, with the rain and lack of filling dirt in properly, I have sinkholes and Todd calling me being rude again about a misunderstanding on his part about the loan he signed me up for without letting me read anything! He accused another business of lying, which had helped me tremendously. When I spoke with the business owner, he told me that Todd called him and yelled at him for quite a bit. The owner of the business called me and we talked. Unbelievable that the goal was to deceive a customer just to make money when the work suggested was suppose to be a quote to begin with. They are expected to show up tomorrow. I do not ever want Todd to contact me again. Always get yourself a second opinion before falling victim to Todd. The men who came back to fix the stuff the original team did were polite and did an excellent job explaining what they were doing. (Warranty section). Plus, when calling, you are talking to a virtual (AI) voice. I specifically asked if it was. That is not a person you’re speaking to.

  Lost out sump pump in a storm last night Rob and his company Apex helped us replace our pump today so we would not be vulnerable during the next storm… He explained everything brilliantly and we made our choose…He completed his work in record time and made a referral for us to a restoration company…Not to bad for a days work where he became a grandfather this morning…Congratulations to you Rob… and thanks for taking good care of us…Robert and Cynthia Carey
