  Mike was awesome. He diagnosed my furnace and air conditioning system and was very knowledgeable and honest about what needed to happen. He said I could do repairs and get by but I would be bleeding money into repairs and honestly would be better to replace it. He gave me options for financing and I would recommend Mike get a higher review than five stars if I could give him more. I will never call any other company.

  I cannot say enough about how great this company was to work with. The scheduling staff was incredibly friendly (sometimes you get an AI agent when you call the main line), and our HVAC pro, Mike, was phenomenal! Not only did he show up when he said he was going to (which is a big deal nowadays), he was incredibly meticulous with the work that he performed on our HVAC system. He communicated with us each step of the way, and we could not have been happier with the work that he completed. Not one issue! Such a great experience. Additionally, we found their prices to be in line with several other companies in our area.

  We had an ac failure during the recent super hot week of consistent 95+ degrees. We were hoping we could have our unit repaired but knew odds were slim. Our ac unit was 15 years old minimum. Had multiple quotes and finally landed on Nick and his crew whom gave us a VERY reasonable price and came out quickly to assess our situation. At the end of the day we ended up going with One Hour Heating and Air conditioning due to the transparency and honesty through the entire process. Price was great too!! Would recommend to anyone needing any sort of ac work, without a doubt! Great service and great pricing!!!!
