  If you need flooring in Central Ohio, this is the place to go! Kelly's is courteous and professional. They carry a wide variety so any request can be fulfilled. Flooring was new territory and all of our questions were answered perfectly. Kelly's will not try to sell you anything you *don't* need. Thanks to everyone there for making the process so easy! Our downstairs has been completely transformed.

  Kelly and his team did our basement and lower level stairs and the results are outstanding. From the initial consultation through installation, the whole process was smooth and professional. Kelly took the time to walk us through options, gave us an honest recommendation that fit our space and budget, and the install crew was fast and clean. The finished product looks incredible -transformed our entire basement. As a local Delaware business owner for nearly 20 years, Kelly clearly knows his craft and stands behind his work. Can't recommend him highly enough. If you need carpet or flooring in Delaware County, skip the big box stores and go see Kelly. He will take care of you!!!

  Kelly was wonderful to deal with. He understood immediately that we had a narrow window to have flooring installed before we moved in. His entire staff, Michelle, installers and Kelly were very professional, timely in communication, thorough and helpful in informing me of the products we chose from. I HIGHLY recommend them. Job was done well, snd neatly. I will use them again when and if I have any more flooring needs. I am confident that you too will have a smooth and satisfying experience.

  We have a cat who loved to rip up the carpet on our stairs. And when it came time for our stairs to need replaced, I didn’t end up calling the company that we originally had install the carpets due to a negative experience. I called Kelly, and he took the job without hesitation even though it was a very small non-profitable job for him to take on. He was incredibly communicative and the job was done quickly. Will absolutely use again in the future.
