  I don’t normally leave reviews, but Morris Heating & Air Conditioning absolutely earned this one. I had them replace both my furnace and air conditioner, completely redo my zoning system, and even add a new zone to fix problems that another company had created. From the first phone call to the day the job was finished, everything went smoothly. George runs a great business, and it shows. Jennifer in the office was always friendly, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Landon was the lead technician, and he and his crew did an outstanding job. They were professional, respectful, answered every question I had, and you could tell they took pride in doing the work right instead of just getting it done. I was also impressed that Chris, the York factory representative, was involved. He was there during the initial visit and came back again after the project was finished. Seeing the manufacturer involved from start to finish gave me even more confidence that everything was being installed and set up the way it should be. What impressed me the most was that nobody rushed anything. They took the time to make sure everything was working exactly as it should and explained what they were doing along the way. After dealing with another company that had my HVAC system completely messed up, it was a huge relief to finally have people who knew what they were doing. It’s hard to find companies like this anymore. Morris Heating & Air Conditioning is a family-owned business that genuinely cares about its customers, and every person I dealt with was friendly, professional, and took pride in their work. If you need heating or air conditioning work done, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you to George, Jennifer, Landon and his crew, Chris from York, and everyone else involved for turning a frustrating situation into a great experience. I’m extremely happy with the results.

  I highly recommend Morris heating a friend referred me to them when I couldn't get anyone to fix our central air and they were so friendly and helpful actually came out two days before they said and my husband said the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable

  Always a pleasure! Got scheduled right away. Called back with an earlier opening, and got the AC back up and running. Highly recommend!

  They did good work. Seemed to be diligent. Only draw back was they were about 3 hours late for the appointment. Though they did have some emergency calls for service crop up
