  Dominick and Chris came out today after just being here yesterday and redid our drain and line to our heating and air unit so quickly! They were both such a delight to speak/work with. I can tell you take pride in providing excellent customer service and value your customers. We just want to say a huge “Thank you!!” for going above and beyond today. We look forward to our relationship with your business for many years to come. This business takes care of their customers !!

  We had JT and Bryan out to evaluate our 3 inch flanged water service at our business and they did a phenomenal job. The cost was well worth it as the leak was starting to cause major damage. Would definitely recommend!

  I wish I could give zero stars. I work for a recovery center and we had Southtowne come out to one of our properties, to inspect a leak in the basement crawlspace. They sent out their technician, JT, who stated he inspected the root cause of the issue with a camera. Had his supplies outside, like he was looking into the main drain. This was witnessed by a resident. He then sent an invoice for $407, on top of the 89$ service fee. We immediately paid it, thinking he corrected the back up issue. Turns out, that was absolutely not the case. It continued to leak and we had to get another company out to inspect the same issue. Well, the detected 40 feet up sewage backup and identified it immediately. Jet cleaned the drain and corrected the main issue. We then contacted JT, who said he inspected fact did NOT flush out the main drain, and the $407 charge was due to having to come back out, because HE couldn’t fit in the crawlspace. This was never mentioned on any invoice. We requested to speak with the GM, where then JT said the GM would be giving us our money back. We will be following up on this daily. Unfortunately, specialized trades have the ability to completely rip people off, as many don’t know exactly what they are detecting and fixing. Lucky for us, the new company was completely honest with us and charged us for the work they completed. Not saying all techs are like JT. However, we came very close to getting bamboozled. Lesson learned! 0 out of 10, would NOT recommend!

  I just had SouthTowne Plumbing, Heating & Cooling install two new furnaces and two new compressors. I was a first time customer so I didn’t know what to expect. Well, the entire experience was A…..MAZING! I contacted them with an emergency/ last-minute request. They responded promptly, completely ( answering all my questions and concerns) and with a most reasonable price. They installed both systems in one day!! Glenn Corbin and his partner were incredible with the installation… and just nice people. The service and installation was flawless from demolition through to clean up. They over-delivered, and have earned my continued heating and cooling business.

  Chris came and provided a solution to an issue that arose with my AC unit. I was with a competitor for a long time but their pricing has become outlandish and Chris gave me an incredible quote for the work I needed completed. He did a wonderful job and now my AC is humming like a kitten! Thanks so much Chris and Southtowne! So glad to be part of the family now!!
