- AWAndrew WhitlatchSep 3, 20241.0Had someone come out to see if they could replace the glass in our door. Small job, granted. We called four times over two months to get an update on just an estimate. Treated rudely each time like we were bothering them. Never got an estimate. Will never go with or recommend them.

- RLRobert LawsonDec 8, 20182.0I took in two high quality cabinet doors to have the glass replaced. Response time was acceptable but not the work. The glass work was great but when they installed the glass retainer it did not fit near as well as it did originally. Because there were small gaps in the corners it caused overlapping where the ends meet, instead of cutting it off it struck out a least a quarter inch. Upon returning the one door to have it corrected the lady I turned the door over to did not say sorry, did not take my or phone number and acted like I was inconvenience. Not sure how they will inform me when it is corrected guess I will need to stop and find out if it is done. Also, my original glass was not returned to me. Considering the above I doubt if I will return to Lumpkin for work.
