I was very hesitant with going through LL Flooring because I thought we might have issues with it being a chain but I am so glad we took a chance. Everyone has made this whole experience a walk in the park. Every time I called the store everyone was always nice and helpful. I was able to get honest opinions about which flooring would be the best option for us. I greatly appreciate the fact that they called when they said they would and showed up on time and ready to work. The gentlemen that came out to install our floors were honest and hard working guys. They were handed with a tough job due to having to floor a whole upstairs with weird angles and oddly sized rooms. It took them longer than expected but it was understandable due to the amount of work they were presented with. Alex was accommodating with last minute changes and and went above and beyond. We greatly appreciate the positive experience. We have already been recommending LL Flooring to everyone we can.

We bought $1500.00 of engineered flooring, once we purchased the flooring we told the sales staff we would be going back to Richmond Indiana to pick up our truck and return to pick up the flooring. Apparently the three hrs it took for use to travel to our home and return wasn't enough time for their lazy wearhouse guy to get our order ready. When we returned to the store the wearhouse guy was setting in the showroom in the AC playing on his phone and our order had not been prepared for pickup. My wife and I had to hand move several boxes of flooring because the wearhouse guy didn't want to get off the towmotor, all he did was spout directions to my wife and I as to which boxes to move and which ones to set aside. He had to be told by me how to load my truck with skids and he insisted it wouldn't work, come to find out he just didn't want to get off the towmoter and move boxes of flooring to an empty skid.....lazy ....wow!!!
