  Korrect was thrown in my lap because we were getting new flooring and the flooring company uses Korrect to reset the toilets once the floor is laid. The flooring company estimated to us that this would cost $60 per toilet, so $120 total. The bill to put two toilets back ended up being $444. They claimed they had to do a bunch of extra stuff. I think they padded the bill. We didn’t get new toilets, they weren’t leaking, they just had to put them back. While the flooring company was there they found a leak behind our washer. Korrect came out to fix it not between 10-2 like they said but instead they arrived at 8:45am. I had to leave the plumber there and go to work. No note, no email, nothing just return to find it’s still leaking. Had to have Korrect come back out the next day to fix it. They charged me $180 labor the first day and $72 the next day. Why am I paying labor twice? It’s not my problem that he didn’t fix it the first time. Total for that pipe leak was $335. Korrect is overpriced and not good at communication. I will not use them again!

  I had a water heater replaced yesterday, along with some faucets, and Colton really did a fantastic job, as have all the Korrect Plumbing techs anytime I've needed service. Their pricing is always extremely fair and reasonable, too. I genuinely, and highly, recommend them. It's good to know that whenever I need plumbing services of any type, I don't have to think twice about who to call. It's just an automatic and no-brainer phone call. They're a great company to work with and I've always been very impressed and very grateful for their expertise and honesty.

  I have had Korrect out twice this year. Absolutely fantastic service fixing issues with 2 different backed up drains. A very kind team overall, from the office to the plumber who has come out both times. It is hard to find a company that can come QUICKLY, that is professional in my home, and that is also affordable. Both backups didn’t wreck my whole day’s plans, and I felt the bill was extremely reasonable compared to other local companies. I will have them out again soon to fix a couple things before they become an emergency. …Also, don’t put orange peels down the garbage disposal. I have done this for 20+ years every other month or so. Never an issue. Became a VERY messy issue very quickly 🤦‍♀️.

  I could not be more pleased with my tub to shower conversion that technicians Ryan and Drew completed yesterday. The end product is beyond my expectations and simply beautiful. Ryan and Drew are obviously product experts, are very professional, and a pleasure to be around. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you Korrect Refresh!

  Thursday evening my wife noticed our water heater was leaking a steady stream of water at the bottom. Knowing it had functioned for all of 26 years, we knew it was time for a replacement. The next day, Friday, I called Korrect Plumbing around 8:30 AM and spoke to Kevin. After sharing my dilemma, he very clearly explained that they could replace the water heater THE SAME DAY in the afternoon. He outlined the procedure, approximate time involved and the cost of this service. I made a verbal commitment and was relieved to know they could help . Subsequently Kevin called back to advise their plumber Austin would actually be here sooner than expected. When he arrived, he first assessed the situation, contacted his office to have the appropriate water heater delivered and then began to disassemble the old water heater and plumbing involved. When the new tank arrived, they carefully brought it in and Austin professionally and efficiently installed the new one. The work area was kept clean throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and was pleasant and courteous from start to finish. By mid afternoon he was finished as promised. I could not be more satisfied as a customer and would readily recommend Korrect plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing repairs. Thank you.
