  Staff is friendly, and I was able to get someone to come take a look at my issue with a very short turn-around from calling and requesting an appointment. I've called them twice now (for two unrelated issues) and been happy with both times one of their people came out. I'll be happy to call again when something comes up.

  We asked for a battery replacement for our backup emergency sump pump system. Did not come with a replacement battery, had to call to have one delivered. Was told that it wasn't compatable with our backup system and we needed to have a combination sump pump and backup unit. They couldn't do anything. They didn't try to find one for us, told us to shop around. Cost for nothing being done almost $200. We have had Korrect Plumbing come to our house for years and never had a problem until now. The two repairmen that they sent to our house, I feel they didn't know how to handle the situation. I think if someone else from the company came, it would have been taken care of. Very dissappointed with this service. If I decide to call Korrect again, I will ask not to send out the two that came this time. We called another plumbing company. No charge to come out and assest the situation. Looked at what we needed. He researched replacement batteries and said he found what we needed and had one in his truck. Completed work in one hour.

  We have used Korrect for several years for various jobs. Their employees are always very professional, friendly, neat and respectful! We are very pleased with the service we’ve received and will continue to use and recommend Korrect.

  Had the Ac go out today. Called Korrect and they sent a tech out. Withing 15 minutes the tech arrived. Nick our tech was fantastic. Very informative, polite and energetic. Kept us updated on what he was doing and how much it was going to cost. Answered mine and my wife questions. This is our first time using Korrect and won't be the last.

  I would like to give a five star rating to Koreect plumbing. From the time I called to the time everything was completed Korrect plumbing was customer friendly and very professional. Natasha and Tina you guys are awesome at your jobs very personable and very easy to talk to. And Dustin was incredible!! He was absolutely an awesome Tech. It was such a privilege to see such respect and professionalism out of someone. It’s just something you don’t find much today. I just want to say thank you for employing such great people Korrect.
