My 2-car garage door spring broke off. I called Kettering Overhead Door. They gave me a ballpark estimate over phone. It was very reasonable. Lee, the Technician reached few minutes before the scheduled time. Lee was very courteous and respectful. He did not try to upsell anything. I am a DIY type, and I replaced a 28 year older chain type Craftsman opener with a modern belt type Genie opener myself last year. But I did not want to mess with torsional spring. He explained exactly what he is going to. He replaced the springs very quick. He balanced the door, set the limits of opener, and taught me some tips to maintain the spring and the door. He is truly a professional and I am very pleased with his service. I commend KOD for employing such highly skilled technicians. I will call KOD for all future garage door needs and I highly recommend them to others.

Lee came out promptly repaired our garage door and didn’t jump to trying to sell us a new one. Repair was much more cost effective for us. Very much appreciated. He even went above and beyond allowing my child to help and watch him work. We will definitely be return customers when it is time for a new door.

I am so grateful to have had my garage door repaired by this company. They were very professional and prompt when they came to replace my garage door spring last week. They also showed me how the bracket in place was not supporting the door properly and fixed that as well. They are reasonably priced and will be the first place that I call with any garage door problems in the future.

5 STARS isn't enough... I had a FANTASTIC service experience from Kettering Door today. Our garage opener was around 20++ years old, it wouldn’t open, and held the new car captive. I scheduled service with no problems and knew when the garage would be on the route. The call: Michael was on site and he worked until he received backup from Don. The team was able to retrieve the new car flawlessly! They were able to have Nate do the final install in an hour... Team spirit, awesome customer service, technical expertise and then some, can-do-attitudes...and then some and more. When you need your garage doors installed and maintained in Dayton, Kettering Doors is OUR choice and should be yours.
