  Greater Dayton did an excellent job with our major remodeling project. They brought excellent subcontractors for each phase and Rick did an awesome job to keep everything on budget and schedule. I highly recommend Greater Dayton Building and Remodeling for any projects.

  Very professional folks. Their design of our bathroom fully met our needs and wants. During the actual construction, they were in constant contact with us. The foreman was always present when the sub-contractors started their work. Overall, a very positive experience. We highly recommend them.

Everyone there helps you along your journey to finish your project and make sure you are highly satisfied with the outcome. Special Thank You to James, our Architect, who met with us numerous times to make changes for our project to make sure we had all our dreams in place, Mark, the greatest Contractor, made our dream house come to life and Sean, who made sure we didn't have any concerns. Cannot forget all the support staff at GDBR and all the other people involved in our house project.

  From the beginning with the concept to the end with the final cleaning and finishing touches, every detail was considered. I am thrilled with the outcome and the flexibility which unfolded as I made a few changes during the project. The hands on project management style gave me confidence during each phase of the project. The craftsmanship was top notch and getting the project done on time was greatly appreciated.
