  In May 2025, a severe windstorm struck my neighborhood, causing significant damage to my house. I submitted a claim for the damages, expecting a substantial payout. However, my insurance company only offered me $496, which covered a few missing shingles, a couple of holes in the roof, some damaged siding, and downspout damage, all of which were covered by my $1500 deductible. This was the amount they determined on-site. Determined to get a fair settlement, I contacted Four Seasons, a roofing company led by Edward, Dennis, and their team. They took samples of my damaged shingles and sent them to a few different places to find out if they were still in production. Surprisingly, they discovered that the shingles I had were no longer made. Additionally, they couldn’t find my siding in the same color or size. Four Seasons then took on the challenge of fighting my insurance company based on regulations, codes, and guidelines. They thoroughly understood the laws and codes, and they weren’t afraid to stand up to the insurance company. Their proactive approach and constant follow-up on the progress of my claim were commendable. For six months, Edward and Dennis tirelessly fought for my home. In the end, my insurance company agreed to pay me $18,000 for a new roof, new siding, and downspout repairs and I learned a lot about roofing and insurance in the process. The team from Four Seasons arrived and completed the work with exceptional professionalism, respect, and trustworthiness. Their work ethic was truly remarkable. My home looks like new! It’s a nice feeling to know I have a up-to-code, secure roof over the heads of me and my family. I have already recommended Four Seasons to my neighbor, who recently had his roof repaired by them. I highly recommend their services for any roofing, siding, or gutter work you may need done. Even if your insurance company has already provided you with a settlement, it’s worth considering getting a second opinion from a reputable company like Four Seasons. My experience with my insurance company was far from satisfactory, and they were more than happy to settle for a mere $496 for my loss.

  We had the team from Four Seasons Construction out this Saturday to perform various repairs and sealing work on our roof and gutters. They were courteous, professional and their work is exceptional in quality and their pricing is fair and competitive. I can't recommend them enough and will hire them again for any future needs!
