Four Seasons Construction was recommended to me and for good reason. I had them replace my roof through insurance after a couple storms damaged it. Edward and Dennis provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. They came to me for every measurement, signature, payment, etc. I never had to leave me house to meet them or anything and that was huge for me, especially at the time and all that I was going through. In fact, they had great compassion towards me and it was evident they have big hearts. They went toe to toe with my insurance company and stayed persistent and got my entire roof covered, along with all the necessities. They never gave up and were willing to fight as long as it took to get everything I was entitled to from my coverage. I've never experienced a company really going to bat for their customer like Four Seasons did. The work that was done is fantastic. My roof looks amazing and after a couple bad storms it is holding up very well. The crew completed the job quickly with minimal mess afterwards (I found a small handful of old roof nails, that's it). I had asked Edward about fixing a section of my porch roof that was rotting and he gave me an estimate and I gladly accepted. I told him that had worried me and caused a bit of stress to me since it went bad and I just want to fixed so I don't have to worry any longer. Not only did his crew replace the rotting sections but he wouldn't let me pay for it. Same does for a section of downspout that was clogged by wet soil and debris. He personally came all the way back to my home and replaced it at no charge. The customer service from Four Seasons is truly top notch. They really do care for their customers and want the best for them. I am very, very glad I listened to the person who recommended them to me, I don't regret it for a moment and if the need arises I would absolutely call them again.

I highly recommend Four Seasons Construction LLC for any roofing repair or replacement needs. My elderly parents were facing the possibility of having their homeowners insurance policy canceled unless they addressed issues with their roof. Cold calling spam, no thank you. A person identified themselves as with this company, called my personal cell number, and listed my name and address unprompted. Gross. If I did need a roof, which I do not, I definitely would not choose these guys.

In May 2025, a severe windstorm struck my neighborhood, causing significant damage to my house. I submitted a claim for the damages, expecting a substantial payout. However, my insurance company only offered me $496, which covered a few missing shingles, a couple of holes in the roof, some damaged siding, and downspout damage, all of which were covered by my $1500 deductible. This was the amount they determined on-site.
Determined to get a fair settlement, I contacted Four Seasons, a roofing company led by Edward, Dennis, and their team. They took samples of my damaged shingles and sent them to a few different places to find out if they were still in production. Surprisingly, they discovered that the shingles I had were no longer made. Additionally, they couldn’t find my siding in the same color or size.

It’s a nice feeling to know I have a up-to-code, secure roof over the heads of me and my family.
