  EnviroControl recently came out to repair the heater in our bay and also worked on two systems in our building. They were easy to work with, professional, and the pricing was right. Would definitely recommend.

  Enviro Control Systems came out yesterday for our spring maintenance, and the service was excellent. Our technician, Malcolm, was punctual, friendly, and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was checking and let us know that all of our systems are in great shape—even our 37‑year‑old unit is still humming. It’s refreshing to work with a company that’s honest, knowledgeable, and not trying to upsell unnecessary work. We really appreciate the professionalism and peace of mind, and would highly recommend Enviro Control Systems.

  In Spring 2022, these wizards of HVAC decided to bless the previous owners of my house with a shiny new two-stage Tempstar gas furnace. It came with an extended warranty and service contract, which, apparently, is just a fancy way of saying, "Good luck!" Fast forward to October 2025 when we purchased the house and immediately started having problems. EnviroControl Systems came to my house four times during the month of October alone and still couldn’t figure out what was wrong. They ended up bringing a Tempstar Field Representative out who determined the vent piping was installed incorrectly and it all had to be redone. To my surprise the service manager, Jessica Arney, said their blunder would be my responsibility to fix at $1,201.82. I reluctantly paid as I needed heat and vowed never to use this company again. Fast forward to Jan 2026. My heat is out again and I call Watkins Heating and Air in Springboro. Their master tech comes out and within 20 minutes diagnoses the problem: LACK OF AIR FLOW TO THE FURNACE DUE TO BOTCHED INSTALL! Our furnace should have been installed on a box lifting it off of the ground to allow more airflow from underneath into the unit, it wasn’t. Our furnace only has a 10x25 return drop which would be appropriate if we had a 1,000 sq ft home with an 80,000 BTU furnace. We have a 4,500 sq ft home with a 120,000 BTU furnace. This lack of air flow caused the furnace to overheat and eventually shut down to prevent damage. Now here I am, faced with the absurdity of either dropping $4,500 to fix this clown show of an installation or buying a whole new system entirely. We are opting to replace the furnace and AC as we also learned that EnviroControl Systems installed the AC unit on our house in 2018. God only knows what they screwed up on that! Their lack of basic HVAC knowledge and their inability to stand behind their work should give anyone pause when contemplating doing business with this company. STAY AWAY!!
