  From design planning, to selection of materials, to the installation and follow up, there is no better team than Bockrath Flooring. We met with Rachel who helped coordinate and select both wood flooring and carpet for a home improvement. She took her time both at the showroom and coming to our home for measurements and consultation. We had wood flooring installed in four (4) rooms and carpeting in the living room and a tough stairway job. The install crews led by Brian and Greg were very thorough and detail oriented in the removal of old flooring, new floor prep and final installation. We couldn't be happier with the process and the results. After installation, it was great to see Rachel come by and follow up with our satisfaction, we even had a visit from the owner, Doug Bockrath, who wanted to make sure the job was done well and to our satisfaction. A great experience from start to finish, highly recommend Bockrath for the highest quality flooring and installation.

  Our 8 x 10 area rug was delivered today. I absolutely love it! Dave was a pleasure to work with. He let us take our time in the store to look at all their options, answered all of our questions and offered suggestions. Friendly and accommodating with no pressure. Delivery was as scheduled with a text notice 15 minutes prior to arrival. From start to finish it was a great experience. Thank you, Bockrath.

  We had a great experience with the Bockrath staff from start to finish. Rachel was extremely helpful in the store helping us narrow down the flooring options and then helping with the final decision at our home. She is very professional and easy to work with and available for any reason throughout the process - really enjoyed working with her. Matt and Jeremiah are incredible installers! They had to do quite a bit of grinding on the concrete floor foundation before installing the flooring. They took extra care in all their prep and as a result were able to keep the dust (from the grinding) to a minimum. They were very detailed, conscientious and friendly. We were extremely impressed with their work and ability. We are very happy with our new floor. Cannot say enough about Rachel, Matt and Jeremiah and would highly recommend Bockrath for anyone’s flooring needs!

  From start to finish - my experience with Bockrath was great. Rachel came to my house with options for my project and offered her expertise to help me make decisions that fit my style and needs at a price point that felt comfortable. The install was just as good - done efficiently and without a mess - and looks amazing. I would definitely recommend this company for their product and professionalism. Great to work with them!

  I just had new carpet installed on my stairs by Bockraths and I couldn't be happier with the results. Greg, the installer, did a fantastic job. He was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work—the quality of the installation is top-notch.
