Some caveats, but overall exceptional people. The good part of our experience: These folks were extremely professional, highly responsive, and knowledgeable. The guy who responded to our home, Taylor Ware, was so incredibly kind and patient. He worked with us and listened to concerns. We really can't describe just how awesome Taylor was. The rougher part of our experience: scheduling was a little rough. We struggled sometimes to get a solid date and when we got our time, the window frame shifted a couple times. We needed a specific dimmer switch. We were going to source it through apollo. $350ish from apollo, $56 from home depot. We were baffled so of course we rescheduled until after we got it shipped from HD. We found out later that's actually pretty common... So we aren't really holding that against the company. The switch we ordered - something was wrong with it. So they ended up reinstalling the old switch until we could get another in. The switch is wired incorrectly but it works for the most part so we aren't complaining too much. When I called to cancel our monthly subscription - because we ended up just calling a specialized electrician - the lady on the line really fought to try and keep me. I appreciated her efforts, I get she didn't want to lose a customer. However, it created a really awkward moment when I was like, "I appreciate your offer, but we are asking it to be cancelled effective immediately." Four stars because the service was great, but there were some hiccups. I would absolutely recommend this service to friends.

The technician seemed knowledgeable about installing the new disposal. He even tried to unclog/fix the old one first. He arrived on time, worked quickly. He left no mess behind. I feel the service was overpriced, but still great service. I guess “ you get what you pay for” applies here.

Jon was on-time and had excellent communication about both his arrival time and the work he was going to do at our house. He kept us very informed about the progress along the way. Jon was very friendly and we enjoyed talking with him. He gave us many good recommendations about extending the life of our air conditioning units. I would highly recommend Apollo Home and specifically Jon. We will definitely be requesting him for any future work!
