Explained what he was doing and fixed the issue quickly. Left everything cleaned tidy. Priced up front without any changes or add ons. Very happy with the service.

It's so nice to have a working system where I don't have to worry about it failing because I know they are doing everything to code with my best interest in mind. They were able to answer my questions and give me every bit of information I need to know about the system and install. This was exactly the right team to work with!

The lead technician Hassan was incredible in sheet metal fabrication and electrical controls and overall installation. The 2 man crew executed the installation methodically while one worked inside and the other outside. My honest opinion is it was a lot of work in a short amount of time for just 2 technicians. Although I think everything is overpriced these days, the Apex sales team made a lot of concessions to get me where I wanted to be.
- DMDonald MillAug 17, 20261.0Im not sure if I over payed . Needed the water on . So I took the first ones i called . Should have gotten more quotes. They took concrete Slade that was the side walk. They did a horrible job at back filling . Broke my internet cable. Had to have cable company come fix it . Payed alot to have them do this job . And when called them about everything. They said they would have someone call me to work with me . Never heard from anyone. So if you were to ask me the only thing they seemed to get right was they were out at my house in morning done by lunch . Water was on . I would not recommend them to anyone . As far as getting a water line replaced .

Which can literally save a life when dealing with water/electrical/gas issues in our homes. Other companies never answered their phone or even returned my call! The tech Barney seemed knowledgeable, skilled, and I would ask for him again. I will likely contact Apex for future home repairs and replacements! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the company told me they offer a "free quote", but that wasn't exactly true because they charged a hefty fee to run the initial test upon arrival, which was needed for the quote. Other than that, I was satisfied with Apex!
