  This is perhaps the single worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I have had 2 appointments canceled without contact or cause within 36 hours. Calling gave no answer and their automated system is horridly flawed. The tech I got is actually really great, but the scheduling and customer service has been completely inexcusable.

  I contacted Apex for fan and light replacement and Andrew was prompt in returning calls, on time and thorough. The pricing was very fair based on other estimates. Andrew was very professional, answered all my questions patiently, completed all the work and cleaned up all debris. I’m very happy with the service provided by Andrew and Apex and will be using them in the future.

  Apex Pros is an outstanding company!! We had a complete HVAC installation, and we couldn't be more pleased. Allen came to the home and did a complete assessment, and was knowledgeable and informative throughout. He also worked with us and accommodated our schedule. The installation was stellar, with the technicians arriving on time and addressing the installation process in a very thorough and complete fashion. Ganga, Amber, James, and Justin were assigned to the job, and were excellent throughout. Ganga and Amber remained after the installation and performed a compete system check, and we're engaging, thorough, and highly efficient throughout the process, answering questions and addressing inquiries in a professional and thorough manner. Their assistance is greatly appreciated, and we couldn't have asked for a better assessment, sales, and installation process.

  Needed to add a radon mitigation fan circuit to my existing main panel. It was totally maxed out. The panel was last inspected when it was installed in 1986. I made an appointment with Apex on line. Rocco came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable, and professional. 2 days later, he and Landen installed a code compliant main box, and added the radon fan circuit . Couldn’t be happier 👍

  If you’re considering Apex Pros, proceed with extreme caution—my experience resulted in paying for a repair that was never properly completed. I had a very disappointing experience with Apex Pros (Dayton team) regarding a pipe repair at my property. After a pipe burst from a freeze, Apex assessed the issue and quoted me $710 to fix multiple damaged areas. Based on their professional recommendation, I moved forward with the repair. After the work was completed, I was told they couldn’t fully test it because of an issue with my hot water shut-off. I immediately had that repaired at my own expense the next day. Once the water was turned back on, it became clear there were still multiple leaks—meaning the original issue was NOT properly diagnosed or repaired. I paid for a repair that was not completed. When I contacted Apex, I was met with poor customer service. A manager named (Samur) was dismissive and offered a partial discount but said I would have to pay MORE money for them to come back and fix what should have been identified the first time. Now I am forced to move forward with a full plumbing replacement—something that should have been identified upfront instead of patchwork repairs. I would not recommend this company based on: * Inaccurate diagnosis * Incomplete work * Poor communication * Lack of accountability
