  I had a great experience with my HVAC maintenance service today and especially want to recognize Umesh Chhetri for the excellent service. Umesh was incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. What I appreciated most was how well he communicated throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain what he was checking, walked me through the readings he was getting, and helped me understand what they meant rather than just telling me what needed to be done. He gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Umesh was also very clean and respectful of my home, and the entire visit felt like an open and honest conversation. I ended up signing up for their VIP maintenance plan because I felt comfortable with the service I received and appreciated the level of care and transparency. Thank you, Umesh, for making the experience so easy and informative. Highly recommend!

  My house is over 100 years old , with very little original ducting. The guys worked for 3 days installing extensive additional ductwork. They did a great job. Both units and the installation work are high quality. They were professional, they showed up on time, they did everything they said they would do, and they cleaned up. Couldn't be happier with this team and the job that they did. I got three quotes and the price they gave me was very reasonable.

  Brain came out to repair our AC unit today. He was on time (exactly) and texted prior that he was on his way. We had a faulty conduit and he replaced it quickly, tested the system, replaced my filter and had it running well before he left. Super professional and he even glued my PVC furnace vents on the side of the house (not part of the visit but really quick fix of an issue from a different visit). Martinov has done all my HVAC work and many of my Nieghbors for 9 years now; reliable, fair and knowledgeable. Gladly recommend.

  Martinov replaced our hvac system and our hot water heater this week. Brian assisted us in determining what we needed and Rohit led the installation team and was very thorough and professional. He patiently answered our questions and made sure everything was working perfectly. We had Martinov service our previous system and have been pleased with their service, so we were pleased that they were able to offer competitive pricing on our new system.

  We used the company for seven years on all of our properties with no problems. We used to be able to speak to the technician who comes out or the owner, Bane, directly. Instead, we had to go through a phone system and eventually reach two operators who were rude to us. Adam authorized some work without contacting us, and then he left without telling us. Martinov overcharged us. They said we needed a new air conditioner and heater, even though he didn’t look at the heater. That was 100 percent false, as we called someone else, and they said it was a minor fix for less than $200. Three years ago, they wanted to charge us $5,000 for a new furnace, and we paid for that one. Two years ago, they also said we needed a brand-new furnace on a different property at $8,000, and all we needed was a new blower for $400. They are in the business of overcharging instead of fixing.. I called Bane and complained that the girl on the phone was rude. He said he would make it right, but he never did. Later, they said they would no longer be servicing any of our locations.
