  If it weren't for Candace I would not have gotten new windows this ywar but she worked out an awesome deal for us. Great knowledge and super friendly. John and Mike were good guys too according to my husband!

  Didn't end up going with the company but Candace did a good job and gave lots of info told her I was going to rate because excellent service didn't feel like she was trying to be rude or invasive knows a lot about siding and windows and stuff SUPER helpful. Endeed up almost paying. The same should have gone witn window Nation

  Signed a contract last month and put 1/3 down on the job. Had a financial hardship happen 2 weeks later and asked if I could please get my down payment back to help me through this financial hardship, admittedly I was outside the allowable cancellation timeframe in the contact. My sales person said he would have his supervisor call me. 2 weeks later and still have not received a call. I realize I signed a contract but reputable companies (and people) usually are understanding and compassionate in extenuating circumstances.

  False advertisement. Told by representative that nothing is free. In order to receive advertised discounts, prices are raised. One representative tells you one thing, and another representative tells you something else.
