It included installing all new ductwork for a new ducted range hood by going through kitchen ceiling, through the attic and out the roof. Dustin and the two men that helped him were excellent at the job and took photos of the the job at completion. I am pleased even though it was a bit pricey!
- HBHannah Barney5 days ago5.0My husband and I are so grateful for Waterworks. We had a plumbing issue in our old, but new-to-us, house. We had another company come out to inspect, quote, and try to fix it. Waterworks ended up being the second place we called to get another opinion, and I’m sure glad we did. Not only did they get a better idea of the problem itself, but they were able to save us a huge headache by avoiding extra work the first company claimed was necessary. Their quote was also very fair for the work required. The team was helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond. They have definitely earned customers for life. Highly recommend—and always get a second or third opinion! ☺️
- AFashley fowlerOct 5, 20264.0Waterworks replaced my sewer line that ran from the back of my house to the front, they had to dig a trench in my basement…long story short there were a few issues one being a leak, however they did respond quickly, they fixed all the issues and I did feel like their customer service was topnotch. That alone would make me use them again.

On another issue regarding the bathtub, Lonnie provided excellent advice that saved us from doing an expensive and unnecessary procedure. We were grateful for his insight. We found Waterworks staff to be very customer-service oriented and helpful.
- HAH apOct 5, 20261.0The Waterworks fixed my sewer break pipe in a 4 unit building. After just 3 years, the fixed section sunk 2-3" and caused another break in the pipe. It cost me $6500 three years ago and now I have to pay $8790 to re-do their shoddy work. They didn't pull a permit or have their work inspected as far as I can tell. Run the other way! The office staff are beyond unhelpful - weirdly no sense of urgency for - obviously - a broken sewer line. Days to get back to me. Had to move my tenants out while the work was done three years ago, and now here I am again, paying to move my tenants out while their work is redone by another company. Waterworks doesn't take ANY RESPONSIBILITY for their shoddy work. Two other drain companies said they did a poor job after scoping it when it failed after just 3 YEARS.

No we do not, and here's why: our best practice is to get a technician on site to fully determine the scope of the work. The tech will provide all pricing prior to beginning any work. We do not charge a service call fee or dispatch fee to get the technician on site.
